(ii) I was in all the gangs and other organizations before (except li).I have been in gang since i came to city and i gained much experience in all gangs. Now, I think this the right time for being a leader because i did all the rp situation and i am ready for this kind of responsibility.
(iii) I have always wanted to be the best gang leader of Lost Santos Vagos. has ever seen and I will make sure that everyone always gets bonuses for event and we will always be max numbers at every event and our first subs we will gang up with all gangs and make sure to win all the subs. has always been one of my favourite gangs because it was the first gang I ever joined. I have spend their 5 terms and learned many things.

a) I will keep my gang active so they will be in rp every second. I will do it by doing store robberies, highway robberies, fz raids and hostage situations.
(b) I will make a good high command team with understanding and helpful. Me and my high commands will do proper interviews for people to invite. I will inform all of them about this and i will teach them about how to do great interviews. I will not accept people who do not know the city rules. I'll let them join Lost Santos Vagos. after they learn all the rules.
c) I will not allow rulebreaks and I will teach them how to stay in roleplay.

- I have been on this project for a long time and I would like to experience myself in this position, I have been a high command in illegal organizations so many times and i can handle any difficult RP situation very easily.

- I think that I have a strong enough team for IC events like hostages, robberies, etc. and that the same events will be more interesting for State, and for Crime, I also think that I have a good enough team when it comes to turfs and that there should be no mistakes in the rules.

- I want to be the leader of this specific gang because I have my own principles and I am quite serious when talking about such things and I like to make actions and be the main one in something.

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- My advice for better RP in the organization is the first one to maintain the criteria:
Minimum 14 years OOC
Minimum 5 years IC
Good knowledge of the server rules
Non-toxicity
Seriousness

- I think that every gang should do more activities, not do an activity and then do nothing for 5 days, I will try to make my organization do as many hostages, fz raids, 24/7 / GS, etc.

- I would have an alliance with other gangs but of course up to certain limits of respect. Occasionally I would gather the gang and together we would all go to "clean" the ghetto from other gangs. I would defend all raids and attacks by state organizations and would not easily let them have control over us.

Here are some points which depict the reason why i want to become leader of LS vagos :
i) All gangs are situated close to each other and on the other hand vagos is situated far from others gangs which gives it less competition and great opportunity to control the ghetto are which it have around it and i want to grab this opportunity in name of vagos .
ii) Vagos is a famous gang also it has all types of things a gang needs to be in top with , but it lacks one thing which is leader , with a great leader it can reach the top surpassing all gangs .
iii) Gangs such as Ballas and Families are already moving, occupying territories and becoming more powerful. I want to be in charge of Vagos so we don't get left behind. With proper planning and coordination, we can be as strong as or even stronger than the other gangs in the city.

3.1> I will make sure that hiring of all the gang members would be perfect without any kind of favouritism while hiring and no HC ranks without experience .

3.2> I will make sure that Activity will be my first priority . Myself I will try to be active as much as possible and I will hire one of the most experienced deputies . So in my absence they will handle everything .

3.3> I will do maximum Store Robbery , Gun Store Robbery , FZ Raids , Clands , Battleship Specially Night Events like SUBS , Informant, Car Theft , as well as hostage situation and Highway Robbery . Also I will make sure that Me and Boys will engage in proper RP while attending and doing all this events .

3.4> I will Make sure I hire experienced and well knowned HC's in my Org So they is no rule break and also they will teach Newbies So they also do not do any kind of rule break .


3.5> I Have So many friends in city who will help me to make org active and they will help me out to distribute the good amount of bonus for appreciating their Hard work and good RP .

By seeing the rich history of Vagos, I would really love to lead this gang and take it to the top as it has been in the past. I really want to make Vagos the most active gang in this city for which I will try to give everything I can.

(2•) I also have past experiences in other gangs and I think that I am the best person to be the leader of Vagos.
