Today,
I finished my FIB term and it was successful, It was 31 days and I did in every single day a raid and finished with 31 raids although one wasn't counted due to a mistake, also was attending events, Doing activity nearly 8 to 10 hours per day after I finished my exams, I did my best and tried to maintain the activity and tried also to manage everything with my deputies and we successfully made it successfully although at the end I didn't get the FIB yellow Announcement which says: ( Dear players lets take a moment to congratulate our FIB agents etc. ) Idk why I didn't get it although I did my best and also some the former leaders got it not the temp leaders but the leaders who got full terms got it however if they did complete 2 terms or got the hoodie or not but In my term it comes to their final decision that I will not get it because I didn't complete the raid season but the thing as I said above some of the past leaders who got the announcement didn't do that also and then I told that and asked why again and seeking for a further explanation did It change in my term or what and they said Thank you for your services.
I just want an explanation cause some of the past leaders did the same as me and got it.
