Not trying to be off-topic but you were jaywalking at 1:33 in the POV so you did break a law so he has a reason to ask for your passport

and also to add on, he was looking for a wanted person aswell if you listen to the end of the pov and he was using a non lethal weapon which is a taser so you dont run away
