2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1: RP Experience: My experience in roleplay being high commands of multiple orgs and being the current deputy chief of police will help me establish a great term, my targets for the term and deducing skills will help me take better and decisive decisions. Along with my experience and the support of my peers, I will be able to envision a term which is far more active and RP based than the pre-existing terms.
2.2: Visions for the ORG: I have many good plans for the org which I can implement upon getting the term. Such as realistic IR set. A systematic guide for HC's appeal. New IA workflow logic along with better PR-like department. Some new roles will be assigned to pre existing ranks along with new SF team with different units.
2.3: My Connections: With my family and current friends whom I have unshakable faith on, I can rely on them to assist me after getting the term. They will ensure the smooth workflow throughout the term with no hiccups. A lot of them are experienced individual themselves who will be able to handle the work of an HC and will do their level best to provide the best outputs. My experienced deputies will manage the workflow as well. This co-ordination and faith among us with enable us to easily create one on of the most memorable terms which serves as an example for everyone to look upto.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1: Having realistic divisions/departments serving realistic purposes.
3.2: Tolerating no toxicity/unprofessional/immoral actions in the org.
3.3: Making sure no one breaks the IR's including the HC's and if they do so, then they are served with deserved disciplinary actions.
3.4: Having fair promotion ceremonies conducted at regular intervals.
3.5: Making sure a new officer is given proper training to ensure they never do a rulebreak on duty.
