- 1 ) I want to make the ghetto more active also to be sure for not breaking any rule ( inviting for level 5 or more ) also by giving people a good idea about gangs as aa families .
- 2 ) I will be present with my gang every event ( batlle ship , gun store robbery , store roberry , fz raid , raid other gangs ... ) .
- 3 ) I have a lot of friends who can help me to make it the best gang .
- 4 ) I'm going to make RP better in the gang by making interactions with legal organizations more fun and interesting.
- 5 ) I will make sure that the person, who is joining my gang, will go through a proper IC quiz and if our gang HCs finds out that he knows all the ghetto and general rules, we will recruit him, so that there won't be any chance of fail RP from the organization members. We all see people getting warns and punishments for not following RP but I will make sure to try my best to avoid toxic members and recruit people in the gang who have knowledge of basic city and ghetto rules.

- I want to Lead a Gang and want to experience about leadership of illegal org as I have good amount of experience as I have been deputy of Ballas . I have been in gangs many times but My majority of experience and time has been spent on Legal Org's and I have been leader of 2 different state Org's with sucessfull term .

- Now I want to experience leading an Gang especially gang like Families which is very reputable Gang . I want to gain experience of leading a Gang and that is the reason why I am applying for Gang .

- As I said my major experience is in Legal Org's but still I have been deputy if ballas and I have been in Ballas long before in many terms also I have been in Families for So long . In start I used to think that there is no RP in Gang but when I started to work out things in Gang I got to know there is So Much fun and RP in Gangs as well .


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 My very First Priority will be making gangs most active in entire city . I will hire very experienced deputies who can handle everything in my absence . I will also try to be active most of the time and leading my boys in every event .


3.2 Hiring will be highly professional and those who have legit experience and ground knowledge will receive Higher ranks . As ranks will be given according to evaluation of his knowledge . So that they can give training to Newbies and Org can run smoothly without any warn .

3.3 I will do maximum Store Robbery , Gun Store Robbery , FZ Raids , Clands , Battleship Specially Night Events like SUBS , Informant, Car Theft , as well as hostage situation and Highway Robbery . Also I will make sure that Me and Boys will engage in proper RP while attending and doing all this events .

3.4 I Have So many friends in city who will help me to make org active and they will help me out to distribute the good amount of bonus for appreciating my boys for their Hard work and good RP .

- I want to become the leader of Families because I always dreamt to become leader of this gang. I got a lot of knowledge on the workings of a gang while I was a admin (Marabunta curator) and bloods leader in EN-3 and I know what it takes to complete a successful term. Ever since I came to the city I never looked at the state organisations and always admired gangs, Families is a great gang and I spent a lot of good time there being a deputy 2 times.

- I have seen many leaders failing to make their term successful and one of the reasons as per my observation is that the HCs are not knowledgeable and lead events, which leads to them making a rule break and thus sometimes resulting in a mass rule break to get the organization a warning. I will only hire HCs who are experienced and knowledgeable and always conduct their interview. I will also focus and tell the HCs to teach the people who are new to crime.

- I have been a HC for a couple of times in almost all gangs, and I know how to conduct events such as FZ raid, Hostage Situation and Store robbery etc. I know how to handle situations, stay calm and make the right decisions quickly, so I think a can be a great leader.

I want to bring back the old-school street honor, rebuild trust among members, and ensure that our name is respected once again on every block. Promote Character Development: Encourage every member to build their backstory, motivations, and rivalries. It adds depth to RP and makes every scene more engaging.

Structure and Hierarchy: Set clear roles- OGs, shot callers, foot soldiers, new recruits. Respect the chain of command to keep order and realism.

Don't Random/Low Quality RP: No random shootouts, VDM, fail RP and thus every move taken should correspond with reason and outcome.

Hosting RP-based Events: Drug trade, car meets, gang alliances or street protests are just a few ways to enrich interaction and draw others into our world.

Reward RP over K/D: Count creative storytelling and proper RP over kills. It removes the focus from grinding and onto actual roleplay.

1)..I also have past experiences in other gangs and I think that I am the best person to be the leader of Families .
