My advice for improving the roleplay?

I believe that being active day to day will benefit the roleplay on this server. If you constantly are doing events or situations, it will attract a lot of newer players to join in more and continue playing on the server.

After every event the bonus will be alloted to keep the gang active and raise everyone with gang .

- 2 ) i want to be leader of vagos Especially : i spend much time in vagos when i satrt playing on this project for more than two years i only play ass a gangstar in vagos (as a high command in 6 terms , and help the leader to finish the weekly chalenges) uz i really love this gang thats why i get some time to learn all the ghetto rules and the server one to apply for my dream now .

- 3 ) i want to be leader of illegal org : since this is a roleplay server,I want to give my best to make others,and of course,myself,
improve at doing roleplay at it's best! When it comes to a kidnapping,robbing,or any type of illegal activity , I want to make it double more fun and exciting by taking a roleplay on another level. I'd like to have a different kind of teams in the gang,for example,a team for robbing, team for kidnapping,team for going on ghetto patrols and doing graffitis,team of recruiters that are gonna get the best possible people in the gang,and of course,encourage new citizens in this city that have high ambitions to join Vagos and etcetera! By making teams for each aspect of illegal life,I hope to achieve a better quality of spending time in the city.

- 1 ) I want to make the ghetto more active also to be sure for not breaking any rule ( inviting for level 5 or more ) also by giving people a good idea about gangs as aa vagos .

- 2 ) I will be present with my gang every event ( batlle ship , gun store robbery , store roberry , fz raid , raid other gangs ... ) .
- 3 ) I have a lot of friends who can help me to make it the best gang .

- 4 ) I'm going to make RP better in the gang by making interactions with legal organizations more fun and interesting.

- 5 ) I will make sure that the person, who is joining my gang, will go through a proper IC quiz and if our gang HCs finds out that he knows all the ghetto and general rules, we will recruit him, so that there won't be any chance of fail RP from the organization members. We all see people getting warns and punishments for not following RP but I will make sure to try my best to avoid toxic members and recruit people in the gang who have knowledge of basic city and ghetto rules.

I'd like to have a different kind of teams in the gang,for example,a team for robbing, team for kidnapping,team for going on ghetto patrols and doing graffitis,team of recruiters that are gonna get the best possible people in the gang,and of course,encourage new citizens in this city that have high ambitions to join Vagos and etcetera! By making teams for each aspect of illegal life,I hope to achieve a better quality of spending time in the city.







3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- 1 ) I want to make the ghetto more active also to be sure for not breaking any rule ( inviting for level 5 or more ) also by giving people a good idea about gangs as aa families .

- 2 ) I will be present with my gang every event ( batlle ship , gun store robbery , store roberry , fz raid , raid other gangs ... ) .
- 3 ) I have a lot of friends who can help me to make it the best gang .

- 4 ) I'm going to make RP better in the gang by making interactions with legal organizations more fun and interesting.

- 5 ) I will make sure that the person, who is joining my gang, will go through a proper IC quiz and if our gang HCs finds out that he knows all the ghetto and general rules, we will recruit him, so that there won't be any chance of fail RP from the organization members. We all see people getting warns and punishments for not following RP but I will make sure to try my best to avoid toxic members and recruit people in the gang who have knowledge of basic city and ghetto rules.

- 6 ) I will make sure to respect other gangs .

The first main reason to why I want to lead Vagos is because I want to run a organisation that isn't just fun but has a great impact on the server by providing continuous role-playing scenarios day to day and giving everyone a great role-playing experience even to newer players.

Secondly, I want to make Vagos not only an active organization but to give lower ranking members the opportunities that I hadn't received when I was at the same level. Nowadays, the lower ranking individuals of your gang don't get to participate in negotiations or rarely get to rob anyone so that's one of the reasons to why I am applying because I want to give that someone a chance to prove themselves.

Thirdly, I want to takeover the ghetto by achieving 100% territories and marking myself as the best gang.

My advice for improving the roleplay?

I believe that being active day to day will benefit the roleplay on this server. If you constantly are doing events or situations, it will attract a lot of newer players to join in more and continue playing on the server.

Rewarding your own gangs members can really help as this will get them to attend events and keep the organisation active.

(i) I Wanna be the Leader of los santos vagos as its the most under-rated gang in city as much as i observed its due to Leaders Inactivity as Some of past leader was unable to make the Gang active so it didn't gained that much Popularity and Name, So i think i can make the gang active, popular & Best gang of City..

(ii) As we all know Vagos Headquaters are at a complete different Side of Ghetto so Many people do not come there Directly to fight in Vagos ghetto they come this Side in Beach market so that is an Advantage as In vagos side Here its a bit easy for New Gangsters to learn basics of City and i will Help in that as i will be Taking a short interview to hire and then Train them to do Criminal Activities like Robbing, Kidnapping & Stealing Cars..

(iii) Lastly i am applying for leadership as i have very good hold on Server Rules from Basic to Advance as i have read each-every rule in Depth and i usually watch forums and their results to gain more knowledge so i can Take the Term -- Make it Active -- Complete it Easily without breaking any sort of server Rules. Also i do have Good experience in gang side and state side as well which will help me in running the term Smoothly..

(i) Taking Short interviews to hire
(ii) Good Bonus system (clands, stores, HS, Battleships etc.)
(iii) Giving HC ranks to Deserving people
(iv) I have an Idea in mind which i will test if i get the term as in First 2 weeks i will observe the person doing good activity -- take his interview -- Give him deputy rank if he is capable of it, this will make people think if he can do this than i can also..
(v) Personally teaching people how to rob, kidnap, Steal cars etc.
(vi) Doing more and more Events like Store robberies & Hostage situations as this will show Activity to City people and they will join.

(i) I have been in gang from a long time now where I learned all the rules about how gangs works and what it really takes to run a successful gang term.

(ii) I will make sure that in my term the gang will also be active at night time as I have seen that there in no gang active at night and citizens are freely passing from ghetto. But I will make sure that this doesn't happens in my term.

(iii) From last 3-4 months gangs are very less active in ghetto and people are normally driving their cars in ghetto like they are driving in city. So I want to bring the fear of ghetto back in Los Santos.
