Hello,
I am 36947, and I would like to appeal the recent punishment issued against me regarding an incident with a bounty hunter.
I was killed by a bounty hunter without being asked for my passport, which is a clear violation of server rules (RDM).
Additionally, my friend and I were communicating via in-game email in Arabic. My friend gave the suspect demands, thinking he might be a CID agent from FIB, but there was no solid proof.
Despite this, I was the only one punished, even though I did not commit any rule violations.
The person who killed us responded to the report in a way that avoided punishment, and the staff accepted it without proper investigation.
Also, since the conversation was in Arabic, I believe an Arabic-speaking admin should have been involved to properly understand the context, but that did not happen.
I respectfully request that this case be reopened and fairly re-evaluated, preferably with an Arabic-speaking admin involved if needed.
I am fully ready to provide any evidence or clarification required.
