Hi, I’d like a senior administrator to please review my case.
I recently logged back into Grand RP after a long break, and I want to start by clearly stating that I have never intentionally broken Rule 6.8. Everything is recorded in my POV.
Here’s what happened:
I was using the twerking emote near some players in the ghetto. They killed me, and after being revived, I used the same emote again. One of them said something like "if you're a man come out"—but I had no idea that Taco Smoke was spectating the situation. I was never close to a dead body or engaging in any prohibited behaviour. It should have been clear from my POV that I was just annoying the players hanging around there—not rule-breaking.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be banned without proper investigation. A similar situation happened the last time I played. I was falsely banned by another admin, submitted an appeal right away, and was unbanned because the admin admitted it was a mistake. That experience caused me to take a long break, and now it feels like history is repeating itself.
Thank you for reviewing this appeal.
Best regards,
