Hello, my account was permanently banned due to GR1.1. I submitted two appeals before, but they were rejected. The second appeal was rejected due to spamming, and I was also banned from appealing. As for the issue, I swear that I will not violate such rules again. I want all my money and cars in my account to be reset so that my account can be reopened.
