-->First of all i wanna be the Leader of Specifically Ballas is as i have spent that much time in ballas as i was Ballas Leader in EN02 also i do know about Ballas in deep as it Runs by its name only so Tooo many people join it thats why you need a person with good Leadership skills and i have good leadership skills & Experience.
-->Secondly I know both perspectives of a Leo and a Gangster at any Events so i can handle the Situations like a boss and make plans accordingly, Also i already gonna know that what next step leos can take so it will be an Advantage..
-->Thirdly as i told my Leadership skills, Problem-solving Skills & DecisionTaking ability is very strong so i can handle the load of org. Easily and due to my Past Experiences i can Run the Term Successfully..
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-->Firstly i am gonna select best High Commands as i think they are the Main Pillers of any Org. On which it stand off, I will ensure that they dont do any sort of Favouritism in providing ranks and their behavior towards gang members is good, If not then my Next Step towards them gonna be harsh
-->Secondly I am Gonna be Very Active and Mainly at HQ and Ghetto when their are no Events, In this time i am Gonna teach new people how to Do Gang Activities like Robbing, Kidnapping and Stealing Cars so they can develop a good vibe with me and they feel its their own gang and they are the leaders so they work well and give their 100%
-->Thirdly i will make sure whoever is in Gang is Well educated about Server Rules and do not breaks any
--> Also i am Gonna Give Best to Best Bonuses to people working hard in the Gang
