(i) " The Journey That Built Me "

(i) I'm doing Roleplay from Almost 5 months. I started my Leo journey from LSPD as an Patrol officer after that I get into SAHP For getting more Knowledge about Leo organisation and the SAHP Given me everything. As I given interview for LSPD leadership, NG leadership and again for LSPD But I didn't get term . As per I was failed for F.T.O interview in SAHP 5 Times but I never quit because I think quitting is not a part of success main is if we fail we learn from it Try till you get your success As Per I'm now more confident that I can be capable for Leadership Now . Giving me chance to do something for the Roleplay will never make you regret . I'll set a examples in the Public.

I’ve failed before, but I have a hunger that won’t let me stop until I earn the leadership role.


(ii) "Discipline, Activeness, and fairness "


As far I see this three thing's are one of the Most important thing in a legal organisation to run the org properly in a short time period I seen discipline but no Fairness , I've seen activity but no discipline, I've seen fairness but not Activity. That's some changes I want in my term As per in my term I want all the three thing and not only this three things I'll make sure that take care of professionalizm , discipline, fairness , activity , speed.
I want to create a team that works fast, follows rules, and treats everyone equally.


(iii) "Steps I Will Take to Improve SAHP"

(1) I'll will boost activity By
Hiring Best Human Resources Team who is available 24/7 for the citizens.
I'll give opportunities to them who are good to there work , friendly, active and knowledgeable.
I seen people join Organization but don't show activity ill make sure to give them chance but it won't be in my term ill doing daily activities check from Internal Affairs Team ( IA) who can see about the activities of the Trooper's . ill try to make SAHP More attractive, Cool , Good that the citizens will come rapidly to join SAHP.

(2) I'll take care of discipline by
Hiring Active , Knowledgeable
Departments Head's who easily maintain the protocol. I'll make sure everyone in my term Respect everyone , set good examples in the public do something for the Roleplay and the organization . I will not telorate anyone showing bad behaviour or breaking rules discipline is a thing that make us different from the criminals if there is no discipline what is diffrence between us and criminals.

(3) I'll take care of fairness by
Giving equally chance to everyone I will not ignore a hardworking low rank officer. In my term no matter who is old I'll give rank to them who can earn it. I someone doing good and puting his /her efforts in organization they will be appreciated. Treating everyone equally is a true reason for a leader that I will follow

3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

(i) I won’t allow favoritism — everyone will be treated the same.
(ii) People will get promotions if they work hard, not because of friends.
(iii) Active members will get rewards and bonuses.
(iv) I will choose good deputies and high commands who can manage the org even if I'm not there .
(v) I’ll make sure that Event are fun and full of Roleplay.
(vi) I’ll built an good relationship between All The legal organization and make sure we can Support them in every situation they need Us
.

2.1
Having served in High Command in serval organization I am self convinced that I will make a solid a responsible commander. In the last couple of months I have suffered some form of activity in professionalism, I strongly believe these impacts are pointers of a leaders capabilities. With that said, I will come with an intention to help restore the lost glory of Law Enforcement officers and serve the officers with a blend of professionalism and sincerity from the high command. There is a gap between the leader and the officers in this organization and I believe that is what creates that lesser sync within the org. As a leader, I believe I will make most if not all command voices heard and issues solved promptly. Professionalism is something I do expect and get everyone trained for, unprofessionalism in the organization is a non negotiable case.

2.2 Motivation does seem lacking within the upper level of leadership for a hard working and productive term, nowadays leaders seem to be more focused on completing tasks as done and not paying RP within the org. In most cases, a leader faces an fear of rule violations and ends up relaxing the needed activity, thus covering up the issue. As a leader I will leave no room for targets and ensure there is no dip in activity. I will as a leader motivate my officers to maintain proper discipline and ensure that activity is brisk, not slow. There will be constant and uninterruptable access to insurance. Highways will not be packed with gangs and insurance will be provided on an uninterrupted basis!

2.3 Leader conduct and experience... I did notice that not all leaders have had a keen touch in leadership quality, most of them distribute the work to their deputies and make sure they get the fame in the end. In my case I will seek to bring a change and will make sure there is firstly a good communication within the leaders and the deputies in order to coordinate well. I as a leader will make sure that I will be the one leading majority of the work and not let the load take over my officers.

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
1. Will make sure there is equal and mutual respect for everyone in the org
2. Increase bonus for most active officers
3. Make sure Sandy Shores is crime free
4. Assign a special task force to combat drug trade and contraband flight
5. Will assign a rank for selling insurances and numberplates even during heavy work load situations.
6. Troopers will be trained from head to tail to make sure rule breaks are not committed.
7. I will make sure there is absolutely no favoritism

I started RP nearly 1-year ago I have served to this city in various organizations as GOV (DHS Minister, Lawyer), NG (Commanding General of Army) and SAHP (Under Sheriff, District Attorney). These respected positions have taught me so many things about city and I always want to become leader of SAHP because it is the 3rd biggest jurisdiction. I want to make all sate organizations work with unity. I want to develop new things in SAHP and I want to run my term as a unique term and don't want to run as same as all old honorable Sheriff's and make some difference in my term.

2.2 As a leader of SAHP, I aim to bring strong discipline, structure, and efficiency to highway operations. The highways often become hotspots for illegal racing, weapon transports, and evasion attempts. Because highways are the main places where we need more security to stop all things mentioned up and I make sure highways will be covered by patrolling units. I want to implement regular checkpoints by conducting highway patrols, advanced pursuit training, and active patrolling protocols to ensure law and order is maintained in every jurisdiction and Highways SAHP covers.

2.3 Leadership is nothing but building a team, not only giving orders or commands, my ultimate goal is to become a Mentor to new troopers by teaching them teamwork, proper RP, radio communication, and arrest procedure as per legislation and make sure that I teach basic things of legislation which LEO should be aware. By mentoring them I can make a highly skilled team which proudly represents SAHP.


3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1
I want to add or introduce, I mean that I want to active department which already exist but inactive department detective which will help Federal agents to get evidences or simply I can say that detectives will bring evidence as per the requirements of Federal agents to validate the evidence.

3.2 I want to end up Favoritism which is most dangerous and, everyone will be treated equally, based on merit and performance.

3.3 I will encourage my employees by issuing or rewarding bonuses and promotions as per their activity, quality of work and professionalism which represents the organization. Rather than giving promotions to whom I have personal connections and who are in my organization. As mentioned, I am not in favor of Favoritism.

3.4 I am not in a situation to tolerate toxicity and who try to create toxicity in my organization, whether it is minor or major issue it will be solved immediately within the boundaries.

3.5 I always want corruption free state and end up corruption. No one is above the law.

3.6 I aim to build a strong united team that may developed inspiration for next coming leaders.

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


1. My career started with the SAHP, where I climbed each and every rank with my utmost dedication till I was a COS Of IA. Crossing so many struggles and giving efforts then I got into and became the Assistant Director Of HR twice and also in IA department. I was so into leo and made so many friends that helped me in the long run in my success. Afterwards I joined LSPD as Assistant Chief Of Police Of IA and being their using my experience I turn and disciplined many officers and made LSPD the best organisation and also it taught me the value of team work and time. Because in every work punctuality is very important. So being in Legal organizations for a long time and gaining experience in different field and having a great communication skill, I feel confident that I can lead an organization as LSPD.

2. As we all know SAHP is an organization for beginners from where they gain basic experience being a police officer. So it is necessary that we taught them everything step by step that what should be done and what are the duties need to follow being a police officer and I don’t think any other person rather than me knows about that because being in HR and IA and also in others department I have seen and taught many people about their mistakes and made them a good officer so I think I can bring the best HR and IA team to monitor the whole organisation.

3. Being a leader there are great responsibility remains on a person shoulder not everyone can handle that pressure so being in legal organisation for a long time I think I can handle that immense pressure and also will be able to create a healthy and fun environment for my other colleagues by creating a team work environment and also hosting several events that will not make their day bored and they will feel more motivation to work for the organisation with their utmost dedication.

1. I will make sure everyone receives bonus for their hardwork
2. I will make no favouritsm a policy during my leadership
3. There will be a great tactical team to support the unit during store robbery and other situation so that they can handle any danger

2.1
Having served in High Command in serval organization I am self convinced that I will make a solid a responsible commander. In the last couple of months I have suffered some form of activity in professionalism, I strongly believe these impacts are pointers of a leaders capabilities. With that said, I will come with an intention to help restore the lost glory of Law Enforcement officers and serve the officers with a blend of professionalism and sincerity from the high command. There is a gap between the leader and the officers in this organization and I believe that is what creates that lesser sync within the org. As a leader, I believe I will make most if not all command voices heard and issues solved promptly. Professionalism is something I do expect and get everyone trained for, unprofessionalism in the organization is a non negotiable case.

2.2 Motivation does seem lacking within the upper level of leadership for a hard working and productive term, nowadays leaders seem to be more focused on completing tasks as done and not paying RP within the org. In most cases, a leader faces an fear of rule violations and ends up relaxing the needed activity, thus covering up the issue. As a leader I will leave no room for targets and ensure there is no dip in activity. I will as a leader motivate my officers to maintain proper discipline and ensure that activity is brisk, not slow. There will be constant and uninterruptable access to insurance. Highways will not be packed with gangs and insurance will be provided on an uninterrupted basis!

2.3 Leader conduct and experience... I did notice that not all leaders have had a keen touch in leadership quality, most of them distribute the work to their deputies and make sure they get the fame in the end. In my case I will seek to bring a change and will make sure there is firstly a good communication within the leaders and the deputies in order to coordinate well. I as a leader will make sure that I will be the one leading majority of the work and not let the load take over my officers.

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
1. Will make sure there is equal and mutual respect for everyone in the org
2. Increase bonus for most active officers
3. Make sure Sandy Shores is crime free
4. Assign a special task force to combat drug trade and contraband flight
5. Will assign a rank for selling insurances and numberplates even during heavy work load situations.
6. Troopers will be trained from head to tail to make sure rule breaks are not committed.
7. I will make sure there is absolutely no favoritism

(i) I'm doing Roleplay from Almost 5 months. I started my Leo journey from LSPD as an Patrol officer after that I get into SAHP For getting more Knowledge about Leo organisation and the SAHP Given me everything. As I given interview for LSPD leadership, NG leadership and again for LSPD But I didn't get term . As per I was failed for F.T.O interview in SAHP 5 Times but I never quit because I think quitting is not a part of success main is if we fail we learn from it Try till you get your success As Per I'm now more confident that I can be capable for Leadership Now . Giving me chance to do something for the Roleplay will never make you regret . I'll set a examples in the Public.

I’ve failed before, but I have a hunger that won’t let me stop until I earn the leadership role.

I started RP nearly 1-year ago I have served to this city in various organizations as GOV (DHS Minister, Lawyer), NG (Commanding General of Army) and SAHP (Under Sheriff, District Attorney). These respected positions have taught me so many things about city and I always want to become leader of SAHP because it is the 3rd biggest jurisdiction. I want to make all sate organizations work with unity. I want to develop new things in SAHP and I want to run my term as a unique term and don't want to run as same as all old honorable Sheriff's and make some difference in my term.

2.2 As a leader of SAHP, I aim to bring strong discipline, structure, and efficiency to highway operations. The highways often become hotspots for illegal racing, weapon transports, and evasion attempts. Because highways are the main places where we need more security to stop all things mentioned up and I make sure highways will be covered by patrolling units. I want to implement regular checkpoints by conducting highway patrols, advanced pursuit training, and active patrolling protocols to ensure law and order is maintained in every jurisdiction and Highways SAHP covers.

2.3 Leadership is nothing but building a team, not only giving orders or commands, my ultimate goal is to become a Mentor to new troopers by teaching them teamwork, proper RP, radio communication, and arrest procedure as per legislation and make sure that I teach basic things of legislation which LEO should be aware. By mentoring them I can make a highly skilled team which proudly represents SAHP.


3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1
I want to add or introduce, I mean that I want to active department which already exist but inactive department detective which will help Federal agents to get evidences or simply I can say that detectives will bring evidence as per the requirements of Federal agents to validate the evidence.

3.2 I want to end up Favoritism which is most dangerous and, everyone will be treated equally, based on merit and performance.

3.3 I will encourage my employees by issuing or rewarding bonuses and promotions as per their activity, quality of work and professionalism which represents the organization. Rather than giving promotions to whom I have personal connections and who are in my organization. As mentioned, I am not in favor of Favoritism.

3.4 I am not in a situation to tolerate toxicity and who try to create toxicity in my organization, whether it is minor or major issue it will be solved immediately within the boundaries.

3.5 I always want corruption free state and end up corruption. No one is above the law.

(1). Start my legal org journey as SAHP and i give so much time in SAHP.

i am spent 6 terms in SAHP i have lots of experience for SAHP i no how to run and work SAHP and i almost 1 year in legal Org.

(2). I hiring best high command to train new people and at least one high command in city every time to guide everyone to doing activity properly and send max unit every event and quickly respond.

(3). I want to be a leader within the San Andreas Highway Patrol because I have a deep respect for the values this department represents professionalism, integrity, and public safety. I've seen firsthand how the SAHP plays a crucial role in maintaining order on our highways, and I want to contribute to that mission on a higher level.

(4). I also want to help build a strong, motivated team where communication, training, and respect are priorities. 2.1
I started RP nearly 1-year ago I have served to this city in various organizations as GOV (DHS Minister, Lawyer), NG (Commanding General of Army) and SAHP (Under Sheriff, District Attorney). These respected positions have taught me so many things about city and I always want to become leader of SAHP because it is the 3rd biggest jurisdiction. I want to make all sate organizations work with unity. I want to develop new things in SAHP and I want to run my term as a unique term and don't want to run as same as all old honorable Sheriff's and make some difference in my term.

2.2 As a leader of SAHP, I aim to bring strong discipline, structure, and efficiency to highway operations. The highways often become hotspots for illegal racing, weapon transports, and evasion attempts. Because highways are the main places where we need more security to stop all things mentioned up and I make sure highways will be covered by patrolling units. I want to implement regular checkpoints by conducting highway patrols, advanced pursuit training, and active patrolling protocols to ensure law and order is maintained in every jurisdiction and Highways SAHP covers.

2.3 Leadership is nothing but building a team, not only giving orders or commands, my ultimate goal is to become a Mentor to new troopers by teaching them teamwork, proper RP, radio communication, and arrest procedure as per legislation and make sure that I teach basic things of legislation which LEO should be aware. By mentoring them I can make a highly skilled team which proudly represents SAHP.


3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1
I want to add or introduce, I mean that I want to active department which already exist but inactive department detective which will help Federal agents to get evidences or simply I can say that detectives will bring evidence as per the requirements of Federal agents to validate the evidence.

3.2 I want to end up Favoritism which is most dangerous and, everyone will be treated equally, based on merit and performance.

3.3 I will encourage my employees by issuing or rewarding bonuses and promotions as per their activity, quality of work and professionalism which represents the organization. Rather than giving promotions to whom I have personal connections and who are in my organization. As mentioned, I am not in favor of Favoritism.

3.4 I am not in a situation to tolerate toxicity and who try to create toxicity in my organization, whether it is minor or major issue it will be solved immediately within the boundaries.

3.5 I always want corruption free state and end up corruption. No one is above the law.

3.6 I aim to build a strong united team that may developed inspiration for next coming leaders.
