Rejected Pov Req + Fail RP | 60741

I would like to POV request 60741 because I don't have POV of the whole situation. He arrested me because I was wanted by the state, but at the time I wasn't actively committing a crime and he never identified me. All we did was shake hands, which in my eyes is just saying a name which I could lie about. He never saw my passport or any form of Identification to confirm my identity.

They can arrest you as long as your in wanted list,even you are not committing a crime.
Arresting is an IC issue, you have to deal with ICly by asking Lawyer.
