Ans: 2.1. I want to lead FIB because I feel like I can really make a difference. I’ve spent a lot of time on the server, and I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. I know how important it is to have a strong, organized department that actually knows how to handle both serious and casual situations properly. I’m confident in my leadership skills, and I think I can bring structure, fairness, and a lot of good energy to the team.

2.2. I want FIB to be something players respect not fear or laugh at and I’m ready to put in the time and effort to build a strong, active department. At the end of the day, I just want to make the city better for everyone and have fun doing it. I want to make the city better and create better RP for everyone. A strong FIB can change how the whole server feels. I want people to enjoy their interactions with cops — whether it's a simple traffic stop or a big hostage situation — and make the server more alive.

2.3. I know I can bring real leadership and structure. I’m good at leading people, staying organized, and setting clear expectations. 3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

Ans: 3.1. A lot of people join, get handed a badge, and have no clue how to act like real cops. I’d take the time to actually show them how to handle situations properly like traffic stops, arrests, negotiations so the RP feels real and not forced.

3.2. Nothing kills good RP faster than people screaming random stuff over the radio. I'd make sure people stay calm, talk clearly, and act like a real team, especially during big situations like shootouts or chases.

3.3. RP isn’t just about catching criminals or handing out tickets. I would push for more creative interactions like full investigations, undercover work, negotiation scenes things that make being in FIB actually fun and not just grindy.

3.4. Not just boring meetings. I'd set up fun things like tactical drills, checkpoint roleplays, team patrols stuff that keeps everyone sharp without it feeling like a chore.

1. I would like to be the Leader of FIB because I have a lot of experience within this organization on English 2 server, I also want to serve justice and make sure that FIB is the greatest organization.

2. I enjoyed my time within the organization and spent so much time educating myself within it, I am aware of all the protocols and I am aware of the important decisions that would be required to be made within the organization.

3. I have a team of amazing and experienced people that would assist me to lead FIB and we would be able to lead the organization into the correct direction and make it a powerful organization.

4. I believe that FIB should be held responsible to the highest standards and therefore there will be training and meetings every single week so the organization could benefit from it.

5. I will setup an IA program as well so if any agent believes that something is not being done correctly, it could be reflected on and issued correctly.

1.I believe that FIB should be the best organization and most powerful, therefore I will set meetings with FIB every week to see what we could do to improve and I will make sure that no problems are made.

2.I will also take hostage situations and store robberies and every type of criminal activity extremely serious and make sure that good RP happens and nobody breaks any rules.

3. I will make sure that every agent is always on task and isn’t trolling within FIB jurisdiction.

4. Another advice would be to make sure every rp situation remains realistic.

5. I would also enforce a strict ooc test for every member that would like to apply to join.

6. I would prioritize heavy situations such as Hostage situations / store robberies and make a specific team that would be in charge of leading these situations every
time and make sure they are trained well.
7. If I become the leader of FIB I will make sure that the crime in the city will decrease also every single event will be covered. And I will make sure highly discipline And in the past experience of 1 year in the organisation working hard and I only give promotion to those people those are working hard and those who deserve the promotion I don't like corruption 0% .   • When I joined the city, I explored every orgs like legal and illegal. My first legal journey began with SAHP in mikey's term it' a great term i ever fill and also learn everything. where I completed two full terms my collogue teach me everything and tell me about everything . Later, I joined LSPD and learn everything. from that i want to be a leader . but a incident happen

  • I got punished for filling wrong age but after that i leave rp for a long time then when i came i started playing again and join fib and then fib makes a interest. and i think to become a leader of FIB thats why i asked god can i able to apply again and they give me permission and i'm here to apply

  • FIB gives us the power to control the whole city and also some things SAHP & LSPD can't do fib can that's why i make my mind and want to fill that power by my own leadership skills and may be i will be a good leader and learn more things about rp and teach my next gen about it

  • NON FAVOURITISM : I will try my best to stop Favoritism . Give ranks and roles to the perfect and deservable peoples . take everyones proper interview and give everyone rank

  • ACTIVITY : I will make sure that every agent is always on task.

  • TEACHING & TRAINNING : I will held classed for peoples those who don't know about rules i will teach them and make them still full and polished and my first priority is this

A. I began at the bottom in the LSPD, worked my way up to supervisor, served as Chief of Staff and eventually Assistant Director throughout multiple terms—while also holding the role of District Attorney. After completing two terms as an FIB lawyer and gaining firsthand experience in the court system, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the law. I’m surrounded by knowledgeable individuals who know this city inside and out, but above all, by people who will hold one another accountable. At times, what we need most are those who can keep us on the straight and narrow.

B. I view myself as a capable Lawyer and Law Enforcement Officer, always striving to improve and expand my knowledge, but my biggest strength lies in my administrative abilities. From paperwork and spreadsheets to duty logs and official documents, I handle it all with precision. Under my watch, neither a cent nor a round will go unaccounted for, and every Agent will always know exactly what needs to be done, how to do it, and where to find the necessary information—whether it pertains to rules, events, procedures, or anything else. This ties directly into the points below, as a centralized hub for all such information would be the ideal solution.

C. Being on the night shift most times, it annoys me how much gangs can get away with, as well as how boring it can be. I want to try and improve that part of the organization, perhaps a change in how Night Shift officers operate, what they can/can't do at certain times (city rules notwithstanding), and perhaps extra incentives for being in the city at that time.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. NO NEPOTISM, NO FAVOURITISM

An issue that I've noticed, is that nepotism hires cause a ton of friction between them and everyone else. I intend to make sure that regardless of who you are or where you came from, you're going to go through the process like everyone else. I am not a ringleader, and I don't need clowns, we aren't running a circus. And if you believe that this inconveniences yourself because you think its beneath you, or you know better, or what of it, then you aren't the right person for what I need to make this org better. I still hold this same sentiment, and I always will. I want skill, and quality, out of what may end up being my organization.

2. MANDATORY CLASSES

That's right! You read that correctly. Too often, I see scores of LEOs get taken down by gang members and random hooligans alike. It is time for a change, time for a new start. I want to include a training schedule with marksmanship involved, so that way we can see some wins instead of losses during events and even just out and about on the streets.

I also want to include mandatory classes related to procedures, a proper training regimen for those interested in joining and don't have much experience.

This could lead to some good RP, and might finally give EMS a reason to go somewhere that isn't PH or SH, trainings held inside secure facilities or even at known event locations, and if the other LEO orgs are interested, we can even do joint trainings (described later)

3. BETTER ADMINISTRATION

Going along with my previous shameless boasting, and having experienced the FIB for a couple terms now, I can definitely see some room for improvement regarding documentation. I'm always for "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", but here's a quote that I like:

“Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.” — John C. Maxwell

I understand that no one likes being pushed or told to take on more work, but I believe it’s time for us to change that mindset. The goal of this improvement isn’t to create something fragile or temporary, a fleeting structure that crumbles as soon as my term ends. Instead, it’s about building a lasting foundation, a new administration that endures, whether or not I’m here to guide it. We don’t need a lineup of Assistant Directors or Chiefs of Staff just filling roles and skating by until the end of their term. I need people who are ready to invest in building something that will stand the test of time and thrive beyond their involvement. Too often do we have people who do not even MEET the qualifications for joining FIB as a whole, let alone attaining a High Command position, this must change as well.

4. BETTER ORG COORDINATION WITH OTHERS

Honestly, I get that each organization is meant to have its own “bubble” of responsibilities, designed to keep everyone from overlapping too much. But at times, this approach can lead to each group being siloed, where they’re essentially blocked within their own areas. This isolation can sometimes result in people left with little to do other than just idling around.

I want to improve that however possible, with some ideas.

Marksmanship training. Part of the aforementioned marksmanship training, we could involve other LEO organizations to participate if they wish, EMS could have something extra to do by remaining on standby during any injuries sustained during training exercises, or joint training between the LEO organizations, get themselves some new skills (and of course, bragging rights. Who doesn't love those?)

Joint Ops. More cooperation during investigations outside of regular scripted events is another. With FIBs freedom compared to other Orgs, I want people to take advantage of the wanted list, go hunting alongside our fellow LEOs. Although we might be a "Federal" organization, I would like to try and have more inclusion of the other orgs. In reality, the FBI would work alongside local police forces for assistance, not just do whatever they wanted.

Typically, the Feds are accompanied by individual officers from the particular jurisdiction, not as subordinates, but as equal partners, with their collective knowledge and resources pooled together for mutual benefit.

5. FIB ACADEMY // CODENAME: QUANTICO (Get it? Its funny. If you don't, look up Quantico, Virginia.)

As mentioned in the previous point, we are supposed to be Federal Agents, it doesn't look good if we make mistakes. Naturally, everyone is human, and to be blunt, sh*t happens. But I aim to mitigate that happening however possible.

With Quantico, its the place where ALL members of FIB come to hone their skills, or build new ones. Department trainings, Video Guides and Documents, a centralized place to store the information.

Here, we’re committed to teaching everything from Law and Procedure to Undercover Techniques and Marksmanship, anything that can help strengthen the individuals in this organization. “Jack of all trades, master of none, but better than a master of one.” While mastering a single skill is commendable, I need versatile members who can adapt as needed. It’s especially important for those in higher authority roles to have at least a foundational understanding of the various aspects within the FIB so they can contribute more effectively across the board.

Admission to Quantico is MANDATORY for those who intend to pursue High Command positions, and those who are the cream of the crop can find themselves positions as Instructors in what I hope will become the FIBs, and perhaps even all LEO Orgs, most prestigious training academy located here in EN#2.

6. THE DEPARTMENTS


The departments will be changed as follows:

DEA / Spec ops merge into one, and get their name changed. I'm sorry, but the DEA is literally its own 3 letter organization in the real world, having an entire department dedicated to (quite literally) ONLY busting drugs, while other departments already do the same thing makes 0 sense, and is a waste of potential for the Agents within it. And spec ops....is not a department, its a thing, a type of mission, hence why its short form for "Special Operations". If all you know or want to do is bust cannabis, then I'm sure the LSPD or SAHP will be glad to have you, but the FIB has bigger fish to fry. On that note, the two of these will merge together to create....

The Joint Terrorism Task Force. The best of both worlds, taking care of drug busts and participating in Special Operations at the same time, all while providing valuable skills to the officers within.

Human Resources. I want to expand on this department. Too often, if hiring gets closed the HR department is left in the dust to sit there and twiddle their thumbs until they need to hire/fire someone else. I want HR to be the backbone to Quantico, being responsible for maintaining the documents and such, as well as being the department for all future Quantico instructors. Training outside of Quantico will also be handled by the non-instructor HR staff.

Internal Affairs. Apart from some extra documentation, and clearly stating the roles and rights the IA department has, this is pretty self explanatory and won't be needing many changes.

Undercover. One of the most crucial departments there is. Responsible for collecting evidence, and making sure the gangs of the city sleep with one eye open, I want more responsibility for this department, I want them to REALLY act like undercover agents, go on stake-outs, hunt wanted criminals, and especially make undercover busts. Too often people get away with simply hawking illegal items or weapons on the club chat with little to no risk to themselves, I intend to change that, and using the UC department, strike fear into those who think that crime can pay so easily.

00 Agents. Department who's agents will be answerable only to their handler, the deputies and the Director, their work is classified, and if you want to find out what they do....then come find out :)

8. EVERYTHING ELSE...


Over time, I believe the experience I’ve built—combined with the right guidance and the right people beside me to help steer the ship—will allow me to ensure the FIB remains a finely tuned, efficient operation. . I have been in legal org for most of my RP life and totally understand the true potential of FIB...I have seen how the org works very closely and my experience can help enhancing RP and showing its true potential to everyone.


. I have noticed mismanagement in past few terms due to which FIB couldn't work that good but I assure under my leadership, FIB will gain its true potential back and gain the respect among the city and all the citizens can rest assure as FIB is always there for them.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

Ans: 2.1.
FIB, the only organization where we can find a lot of Role Play. As a leader of FIB (FIB Director) a player can do a lot of Role Plays (e.g. Evidence Collecting, Doing case files, Raiding Gangs and Hosting Black Market Raid) Also FIB can go under cover too. As a player I belive FIB is the best organization for becoming leader alonside with Government to enjoy hardcore level of state role play. I loves doing roleplay so that's why I choosed FIB leader as my next achivment.

2.2. From the first day I joined this roleplay server I had separated FIB as the toughest legal organization to join and survive. No hate but from past few days I can feel some downfalls in FIBs maintaince due to lack of leadership skills in this new generation leaders. I also had completed a successful leadership term of LSPD so I belive I can run FIB more smoothly than the new applicants those who are applying as I have past leadership experience.

2.3. I have passed nearly 5x terms in FIB as Assistant Director and I know how to check and validate an evidence. Also I have experience of all the other 5 legal organizations deputy experience once and multiple times. I only don't have the experience of the deputy of FIB. So now I want to fulfil my this wish by becoming the lader of FIB.

2.4 After my LSPD term I didn't took any leadership. The reason was sometimes I was not prepared to take responsibilites and sometimes I was not selected for interview. Then I got ban after applying for Admin. Now after coming back to city this time I am fully prepared to boecme the leader of FIB so please give me a chance this time.

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

Ans: 3.1.
A lot of peoples are getting hired in FIB without interview and breaking rules ICly and OOCly both. So as a Director I will hire the guys who are having past experiences in FIB or all other 5 organizations (28/27 rank) as my unauthorized HCs. So that RP runs more smoothly.

3.2. Nowdays half of peroples don't know what is the proper under cover. So a director I will improve the Unsder Cover department alongside with all my other departments. So that my agents and all citizens can enjoy RP.

3.3. Taking any situation casually, as example laughing while negotiating or any other kind of roleplay creates bad effect in the quality of role play. I will tell my agents to maintain professionalism for improving role play.

3.4. I will arrange some trainings and give prizes to my agents so that they get interst in attending and through that they will learn roleplay.

Since i started my journey in the city, I like to work under the state organisation and so at by begging of my journey i want to join the FIB but according to their requirement we need at least of 2term experience in other org specially LSPD or SAHP. So i joined SAHP and work their then i got a transfer to LSPD and even worked their and then finally i went to give the examination for joining the FIB and after few days i got a postal that I'm being selected and at that time i was so happy that i buyed cracker's and burst it whole night in front of the FIB HQ with the other org members and make that day memorable.

- Exploration In Federal Investigation Bureau
From the very biggening of my journey in the city i have a interest in a Federal Organisation and on my young days i used to work in FIB as a undercover and find out the criminal and take evidence and other FIB stuffs, so working in FIB for more than 6terms and now i wish be a leader and manage the organisation and help getting it grow and also mainly earning some experience.


2.3 Making FIB Active
- Also the main reason of applying leadership is I am very much active in the city, as i woke up at 06:00 in the city and go to sleep after 0:00.So i'm very much active in the city so i can handle maximum situation and help the city getting rid of criminals, also i will make multiple team into the organisation who will work 24x7 and they will be maximum agents from FIB all times.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Asper, my RP experience i have saw some lags within the organization and i will mainly focusing on it, so the RP experience of other agents will be better, so here are some of the points which will be the 1st priority during my Term.


1- Building up connection with all the Federal Employees, where everyone will have connection to each other and communicate any kind of issue easily.

2- I will make a special team with the help of my deputies who will be specially assigned to protect the whole city 24x7 all the places every time.

3- I will make sure to avoid any kind of favouritism inside my organisation, I will specially keep an eye on every agents and make sure that their is no favouritism any where any time.

4- I will make sure that every Employees gets their bonus at the time and will also try hosting some competition inside the organisation so every agents will be having fun and dedication on the organisation.

5- I will make a new communication system via mails which will try to connect all the organisation and will try it working as a Radio within all the organisation, so we can communicate with each and every State Employees and help them with their needs related to coughing criminals with help of our special agents.

2.1 My journey of becoming a police officer started from SAHP and gradually when I gain experienced I climbed up the ladder and day by day the became the Chief Commander and also after that when I went to FIB there are more responsibilities to deal with and I also overcome that and became Assistant Director several times. From starting and till this time I have gained so much experience and lead many situations in my career I think I am more capable enough to lead the FIB by being the Director because of my skill and passion to lead.

2.2 Secondly I like to add that whole around my career I have seen many director came and go but sometimes due to lack of manpower they couldn’t achieve their goal but for me things are not like this because I have great skilled group of people who have great potential to lead and tackle every situation they face and also without any favoritsm they can make FIB the best organization in city.

2.3 Lastly I was in HR and IA for a long time in LSPD, SAHP, NG and FIB in every organization there is lack of discipline and punctuality and also accountability for their works so as I have lots of experience to guide and discipline people to their maximum level I think I can be the best director who doesn’t only focus on the organization also make great officer who will probably the future leaders or directors of the city and also my skill for team work and communication can be a great benefit for the organization to run smoothly.

From my side every organization should work together and set up regular basis training of tactical situations with FIB so that every officer when facing a situation does not feel scare to face that difficult situations as people in FIB are more experienced. There should be a weekly bonus system for maximum duty time and also for maximum attend of the events so that everyone will feel motivation to work more. And lastly there should be weekly events organize on which there is a interaction session between civilians and FIB about the problems and criminal activities they face on daily basis so that people will more build trust over FIB and also events to encourage people to join FIB because of that we will get new work power in the team and also this is better for the organization to make it best. And the most important I will make sure everyone follow all the rules of city and serve the people without any favoritsm.

"My journey in the city
:
I started doing Roleplay From 5-7 months ago. I joined my first legal organisation that was Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) as a Trainee. Then I got trained and eventually by my hard work I got Assistant Chief of Police (ACP) in the same term. Becoming ACP in the same term taught me discipline and how to manage under pressure. Then I moved to Federal investigation bureau FIB and worked so hard and got employee of the week after that I came back in LSPD as Deputy Chief of Police (DCP) and after that I joined San Andreas Highway patrol (SAHP) as 28 Rank Assistant Sheriff (AS) after that same goes for Nation Guard (NG) as an 28. Then to improve myself I joined GOV to learn more about the city and legislation and I learned too. Really after that I got Under Sheriff in SAHP. and now I'm serving in the United States secret service as director (USSS).

Now, with all the knowledge I have earned, I want to test my abilities by leading the Federal investigation bureau (FIB) and make my term the best term of FIB.

2.2 Strength I will bring as a leader:


Over my journey, I have seen a lot of things in a short time.and i developed many strengths that make me capable of leading FIB.

I am a good decision maker who makes a decision that is fair to everyone , no favoritism at any cost. I want to create a strictness in the term to make my term zero favoritism and make my term the fairest term of FIB.
I can bring coordination, best team work , quick things , extra effort in the Roleplay to make it better than it is now.

1) FIB was the first organization which I stayed for longest amount of time which was 9 term and FIB was the first organization which gave me chances even after doing several mistakes and I got so much experience not only in the form of rank but also in the form situational knowledge and the amount of trust in my colleague.

2) I don't want to become FIB leader for the show I want to become the leader for to make improvement for the whole organization like organizing law classes for FIB officers which will help my officers in complicated situation with that they can handle a lawyer a professionally.

3) Even if I make these improvement without activity it is useless , so i will make sure that I will hire the most efficient people for the organization and all of my time which spent in the city I have good relation in every organization I can get some of there efficient officers based upon my image in eyes of every leader its easy for me to get some of there efficient officer

1) To let them know what they are doing:- I have noticed throughout my journey in FIB are actually afraid to act as they're not sure the actions they're performing will get them in trouble or not teaching them law and giving them situational example for top understanding.

2) How to act:- My top concerned about FIB the officers don't know how to act in many situation making RP look bad I will give punishment for it for acting out of the frame In serious situations and in HQ I will some freedom as so the boundary between professionalism and fun will be maintained equally.

3) Maintaining activity:- As I mentioned before I want to make Improvement in FIB and make it more active but also I need to maintain the activity I'm not going to be like first week whole term active and second week full inactive I am maintain activity throughout my term by giving bonuses after main special operation like gang raid and black market raid and hosting promotion ceremony and if you fun events for the officer so throughout my term I can maintain activity easily and making FIB active than ever.

2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)


- My journey in FIB began almost 1 year ago as a normal ranked agent trying to gain as much experience and information i can to climb the ladder of ranks in FIB ultimately getting the trust on many of the Directors in those terms an trusting me to be the Assistant Director in their terms. I have been in the past 13 full terms of FIB in the highest ranks possible observing and gaining the appropriate knowledge that FIB needs. Ultimately i became the Deputy Director 4 consecutive times in the last couple of terms which i believe has given me the experience and leadership skills to become the next FIB Director.

- FIB is the most fun and RP oriented organazation from the other state ones, trying to catch the most wanted criminals of the city the official FIB missions the busts and offcourse the most precious and fun part of FIB the Undercover Department. Since i have been in FIB for such a long time i have mastered these situations and skills i believe i can give my knowledge and provide needed help for those who want to experience and join the journey of FIB with me.

- In the past couple of terms being a very regular night shift agent i have noticed for many it sees very boring and do not have the motive to attend the events cause the lack of RP and units, i will try my best to imporove these night time event scenarios for people to actually start attending and having more fun in these core events. With also trying extra bonuses and appreciations for attending these events.


3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

- I will make sure my Hiring team will hire people who have a good understanding of the State and Server rules and to manage no matter of the persons rank in under an cicrumstance to not violate the rules with eventually will lead to harm our Organazation and the reputation of FIB.

- I will make an exception bonus system for the agents who can gather good and valid evidence that are very important and much needed in order to make the FIB Case file, i will try my best to make the 00 and Undercover Departments the most out of all the Departments and prioritize them also for the Busts and to catch the highest and dangerous wanted fugitives. Plus the very appealing official FIB Bonus system to every Department and for the night shift agents to keep everyone motivated to work and have fun in FIB.

- I will try my best to make FIB have the best connection with the other State Organazations, in the past couple of terms i have noticed big fights and a lot of unproffesionalism from FIB and other State Orgs this will change im going to make sure FIB will keep the proffesional and Federal standards while doing everything and with the other State orgs since we are all together to fight and give our lifes for this City's protection, Will also host regular meeting and promotion ceremonies for the well deserved agents.

PS. I have been the first Temporary FIB Director in EN2 and currently i am for the second time the temporary Director of FIB and from the first time of that i do believe i have gained the much needed experience and leadership skills to impress with my leadership and to gain again the Respected Curators trust like i got in the begining to make me the temporary Director!
