1. Why do you want to become an admin?

= I want to become an admin to help people who are new arrivals. so I think I know how other players are performing. I see the over amount of mistakes are be done by players where I would like to tell them what mistake there are doing and I as knowledge the amount of time and effort needed to keep the community strong.
= Help people by letting them to do a quality RP, so they get a better playing experience on the server, punish people who don't follow the rules and help the guys

- I want to become admin and leave RP-life, I worked as NG LT general and All Legal orgs Advisory board , All gangs Under deputy . So with all my experience and knowledge . I want to help new players in city as well I am very sure that I can handle admin tasks. As well I have watched many newbie are don't know the rules and don't know how to join any organization so mainly i wanna help all newbie that is the main reason for leaving RP life.

• Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? : I think in my life span of 15 years while doing roleplay I have came across so many admin situations and despite of the most eligible admins of the RP. i still feel that there is some lack especially at the night time in city so I just want to work on that I can provide the proper justice to people
• I have experience in many legal organisations like FIB (16),LSPD (23) SAHP (19),GOV,(9) and I think I have also understand the proper way of working of state orgs and about their mutual understandings

What are your strengths? My strengths are that I hate favoritism and also despite what the situation I will always take the side of the truth AND I also know how to keep the peace and mutual understanding , no matter if it is with people or between organisations

What are your weaknesses? My drawback is that I gets a bit impatient whenever I see something wrong in the city but I am working on that to gt it resolved ASAP

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I started Role Play in Grand Rp about 1 or 1.5 years ago but in between i stopped doing role play and started honing my skills buy learning all the rules and legislations to increase my
knowledge. After this i decided to test my knowledge by joining a state organization. And my first offer came from SAHP and my interview was conducted by the Ex. Under Sheriff Mr. Durgesh
Nai and then after spending my time in SAHP and showing my hard work and knowledge i raised up to the rank of Assistant Sheriff and then started leading the org on the good direction. But
after some time i realised that the RP life doesn't fit proper in my character. So i started thinking of becoming an Admin to help out new players and stopping the rule breakers so
that the Role Play for other players could get more fair and interactive.

   I started this journey long time ago but leaved grand RP multiple times , My jurney starts at SAHP before that I was an normal citizen learning rules and the law , after talking to Mr Sheriiff Levi Dane i management to get into the interview , Interview passed I got high command , Levi seeing my hard work decided to promote me to Assistant Sheriff after weeks of helping citizens to feel safer and catching criminals I though of getting retired. I started learning more about adminship ,by learning more rules and some new things I think iam ready to help all new players , punish rule breakers and bring safe and happiness to the Los Santos City!.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   
   Honestly, I don’t consider it as “leaving RP,” it’s more like transitioning to a new phase where I’m able to contribute more substantially to the community. I’ve been fortunate enough to experience nearly every dimension of RPI i started with LSPD and eventually made it to High Command, SAHP, and even EMS during their challenging periods. Additionally, I served in the Government and practised Law. Each position provided me with a unique insight into the RP mechanics, the enjoyable aspects of the player base, and RP’s pain points. I feel that I’ve gained an enormous amount of insight through my experience, and becoming an admin would allow me to do something with all of that knowledge. I wouldn’t be limited to leading one department; in fact, I would be able to support the entire player base, help onboard new players, resolve disputes efficiently, and ensure that the RP remains enjoyable. It’s not a matter of leaving RP as I will always cherish it rather, I feel that the moment has arrived to nurture the community in its entirety, in a way, be the guardian of the city, ensuring it thrives, is fair, and welcoming to all.

   Effective communication is definitely one of my strong suits I am articulate when I speak, a good listener, and capable of maintaining order and civility during tense situations.
