Not off topic : these guys are abusing the bio by taking other persons 10-15. As far as I know the leo who detains the 10-15 must be the arresting officer as well but he handed over his 10-15 and the other leo who handed the 10-15 saw that he was taking the 10-15 outside of the doc but he didn't questioned him.
