2.1 : When I first came into the city, I was new and didn't know much rules at that time. I began playing the game and started noticing blue cars and people wearing blue clothes. They were everywhere in the city and doing crime ruthlessly. I joined the gang after some experience and started going to events often. I really liked the crime life and did hard work. I became the deputy of marabunta and took the RP life to a new level.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

-->First and foremost, I want to be the leader of the Families Gang because it is an old gang from the beginning of the Grand Theft Auto universe, and people tend to ignore it because of its inactive leaders and members. However, if I am given the position, I will make sure that Families regains its vibe and that people fear it.

-->Second, by understanding both the viewpoints of a Leo attending a robbery or other event and that of a gang member, I am able to make my events "maximum" in terms of success rate because I will essentially know what the next course of action is for Leos.

-->Third, I believe I can easily manage the responsibility of organization because I have excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. I also have excellent previous experience in both state and crime at various commanding ranks.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

-->First, since they are the foundation of the organization, I will choose the best high command. I will make sure they do not give favoritism when giving ranks, and if I see them acting in a way that favors gang members, I will take strong action.

-->Second, I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make Families the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best.

-->Lastly, I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetoo clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. I'll just aim at people and follow high commands so they can learn more practically.

i) I want to get experience of leader of a gang and marabunta is one of the most famous and dangerous gangs. I want to make my term one of the most active terms of marabunta in the history EN02 Server.

ii) I have HC experience in all gangs and have been active in illegal organizations for a long time. Specifically, I am Ex-100% deputy of 11th ballas term and Ex-Bloods leader. I know almost every IC rules and can ensure minimal rule breaks in my term.

iii) I would promote ghetto activity which is one of the important things for a gang activity. I will pay focus towards 100% grafitti and i will try to do 100% turf as well because i have past experience in 100% turf.
