• I had been in city from a long time although, I was a little bit tilted towards the legal organization then the gangs, but I also had been recognized in the gang as well, so I know what true leadership means. So now I think Marabunta need a person who is mature enough with the capability to operate the gang as a leader. So, now after spending serval months in the city I think I’m capable to deal with the situations of Marabunta and handle the criminals and gang members associated with Marabunta.

• So, I have worked in many gangs as low and high command (Under-Deputy). So, I have been in good relationship with other gang members and many Un-Off Families, which will be helping the throughout my whole term as a leader.

• I will enlist people not as a member of my gang but as a member of my family because, If you treat them like they are just participants in your organization, neither us nor them can make the connection as a fellow gang member or brother. They will only be working in the gang but not feel connected, treating them with kind gesture and friendly nature can make them feel close and loyal to the organization.​

• Making term active - To make my term active and improve the level of roleplay, the first thing I will make sure that is to be more active in the organization with my deputies to confirm there is no rule brakes happening in the events and to discipline members who are making mistakes.​

• No Nepotism – As I have been in city from a long time, i know that nepotism can have consequences and that can ruin my whole term. So, I will be avoiding giving rank to those who are there fer the rank but not when the situation needs them.​

• To improve the roleplay - I will try my best to make my gang look like a gang not like a small riot which can be disrupted any time. I will try to have equal competition with leo’s in both the quality of roleplay and the quality members in the organization.​

Back story:- My name is Vinel Smok, i’m a citizen of Los Santos. I was born 1st may 2023 in Grand RP EN2 Pillbox hospital. Since childhood i was topper in school and i was dreaming to be a good citizen of los santos. After i finish my studies when i was 10 i join state orgs and get some experience. But after some time i quite my job for higher ups bulling behavior . Then my friend Franklin pull me to crime world, as last option i join and make my name in ghetto, arena and all events .

1. Players Inactivity:- as i can see in city many players join org then they got inactivity and leave the org soo i want to control it
2. Not timely bonus:- some members do work but no payment in time, i want to fix it .
3. My experience:- I'm the all gang Ex high command 14 & 15th rank and in legal orgs like SAHP , LSPD, NG - 28 .
4. Training and interview properly:- Training & interview – new members not getting proper training, they do mistakes and get banned for major rule break in rp setuation . Some HC also do favoritism, giving rank to only friends.

Conclusion:-If i become leader i will handle these problems and help new players who join crime world

Symbols & style: Agree on colours, slang, tattoos, emotes, or actions that give your organisation a unique identity. Which can show us different from the crowd or other gang.

Stay IC (in-character): No breaking character, even in tense moments. Even we don’t win sometimes that can help add more story and drama the IC like the players.

Fear & respect balance: Show strength but also cleverness in negotiations, deals. Not break any rules that can cost me a verbal or a warn on the organisation.
