2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reason with explanation)
2.1) I want to become a leader of this organisation because i am capable, disciplined, active, consistent, decision making and professional. My journey in EMS started as Trainee and achieved Deputy Chief of EMS more than once and during this journey i complete almost nine terms under the guidance of 6 different Chief this experience give me understanding what kind of leadership it truly needs.
2.2) I will make EMS environment for employees to feel more comfortable, freindly, respectful, supportive and active. This help to make sure that Ambulance Service, Medical Department, Labs and State Calls receive equal attention. A calm and positive environment automatically improves roleplay and activity because people stay motivated when leadership listens and support them.
2.3) I will make sure lobby is always covered, Functionality of Labs, training will be given on time and exactly what their responsibilities are. I have personally witnessed the lobby staying empty during crucial hours, patient waiting for treatment,surgeries delayed because no trained doctors would be available.
2.4) I want to be the leader who doesn't just enjoy authority but actually brings meaningful improvement, ensuring fair treatment and supports every employee whether in hospitals, Labs, Emergency Calls and State Calls. My Goal is to lead the EMS with respect, maturity, clarity and dedication that turn it into the most active Organisation in the City.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organisation.
3.1) In MD Department, My focus would be to make sure on lobbies are covered 24/7 especially during night time when citizens struggle during their critical moment. Surgeries are also important for better roleplay, if surgeries perform properly, they bring good roleplay for both EMS and the citizen.
3.2) In AS department, i will ensure calls units respond quickly and professionally. it is necessary because this department directly represents the EMS in the city. Encouraging Employees for going on calls.
3.3) For the Labs Department, Labs is one of the most ignored departments but it is important for EMS because if Labs activity stays low, medical stock and medicine production gets affected, which later creates problems for the organisation.
3.4 ) For Training, I will try to ensure every new employee gets proper, easy to understand and timely training. Training will be given on time and will sure FTO or HCs do not sure into completing training fast, will make sure they do their work professionally.
3.5) For State Calls, State Calls are important for EMS reputation. I notice EMS HCs members either respond late or sometime ignored. I will make sure State request are handle quickly and responsibly.
3.6) My focus is on improving the bonus system so employees got rewards for their hard work. I will introduce weekly giveaways to keep everyone motivated and will be excited to their responsible. I will also ensure that promotions are given fairly based on their work and knowledge, not favoritism. This will help employee feel appreciated, respected, valued and motivated for better Roleplay.
3.7) i will take update of each department on regular intervals. If any department faces any issues. I will solve it quickly so EMS runs smoothly from inside.
