(i) After spending a lot of time in state organizations and achieving high command ranks there, I have learned many things about teamwork, discipline, and professionalism. Because of this experience, I believe I am capable of leading EMS as Chief and making it one of the best organization in the city.

(ii) During my time in EMS, I have seen new employees not receiving proper training. If I become Chief of Medicine, I will appoint an active and professional HR and FTO team to ensure that everyone receives proper training on-time.

(iii) I want to create a friendly, active, and supportive environment in EMS where employees enjoy working together without any toxicity.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- I will introduce a new bonus system with special rewards for employees who work night shifts. This will help employees feel valued and motivated for their hard work.

- I will make sure both lobbies are covered 24/7 by recruiting members from different time zones.

- I will appoint an active, experienced, and professional HR team so that new EMS employees receive proper training on time, along with special training for surgeries and the correct use of IC commands.

- I will conduct regular meetings with high commands to ensure that everything is running smoothly without any problem.

- I will make sure no toxicity or favouritism is done by high commands under my leadership.

- From past few terms , i have seen that AS and Labs department is not active , If I become Chief, I will work on making these departments active again.

My work history with EMS is very long. In the this term i was the oldest EMS employee. i have served as COHR (28). Also i faced many different terms and many different situations. So basically I have very great knowledge of how things work.

2. I was may past terms as employee and High Command so I know EMS situation and employees. So I think I can handle the further term in best way ever possible.

3. As i explained i have huge experience as a High Command and as a employee too but now i want to experience leadership. I am the person with total expertise and staff familiarity. I crave the Leader role to inspire, optimize, and passionately serve the server community.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

. I have experience of almost 2 years in EMS. In this era I saw employees mistakenly broke rp. Like while surgery they didn't follow proper rp. I will talk to FTO team about this.

2. While doing medruns I see employees doing UB driving I will totally prohibited it.

3. i see in last few weeks there is no employee meeting, ill re-schedule all meetings every week.

4. i have noticed that EMS training is not upto the mark as per RP Point of view, ill implant real scenarios to the training so new comers can have logic behind the every situation.

5. Also the employees who are frequently making mistakes, because of confusion or lack of knowledge I will conduct retraining and follow-up sessions too.

2.1) I love working in EMS as it was my first legal organization and as of now I am very well experienced about EMS so I feel it is the right time to apply for its Leadership.

2.2) I will make sure that Emergency Medical Services (EMS) should work 24/7 as it provides the medical services to the state organization and the citizens.

2.3) I enjoy working with other state organization by attending the events like Aircraft Carrier, Bank Protection, Hostage Situations (10-60 Calls).

2.4) I have been serving in EMS from past 8 terms under leaders like Desi Rishabh, Majestic Faiz, Cosmic Hayes, Aleena Emberhart as Division Chief, Chief of HR and I am currently serving as Deputy Chief in Luci Knight and Nyra White's Term.

2.5) I will provide the good amount of bonuses, weekly tasks, giveaways which motivates the employees to participate and citizens more likely to join EMS instead of losing interest.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1) I will make a well experienced HR Team to provide better Surgery and ARD Trainings so that my employees will be able to do surgeries and taking long distance calls which adds realism in terms of RP.

3.2) I want to make a friendly and calm environment within the EMS and with the other organizations and citizens without any kind of favouritism and toxicity.

3.3) I will make sure lobbies to be covered all the time and at least 2 units on calls and labs which itself gives a better experience in the city in terms of RP.

3.4) I will host some blood donation camps as I experienced playing in EN 1 which really shows high level of roleplay and I know that my employees will also enjoy to attend this camp as I already did it once in Luci's Term.

3.5) I will make sure my high commands and employees are being professional and highly experienced not just holding ranks by letting them face some of the RP situations so they can learn more by themselves.

3.6) I will regularly reply to the State Calls (Departments, DOC calls) and will do the regular health checkups of all the other state organization because it increases the RP level in the city by EMS.

3.7) I will make sure to focus more on department level work so that each department like (MD, AS, HR, Labs) can maintain goal clarity, work better and easy to handle for high commands.

1. To Build a Professional and Active EMS Department
I want to become the leader of EMS because I believe that the Emergency Medical Services department plays one of the most important roles in the server. EMS is responsible for saving lives, assisting injured citizens, and maintaining realistic roleplay during emergencies. As a leader, I will work hard to ensure that the department remains active throughout the day, responds quickly to calls, and maintains high standards of professionalism. My goal is to create a department that is respected by all players and serves as an example of quality roleplay.

2. To Improve Training and Member Development
Another reason I want to lead EMS is to help new and existing members improve their skills. Many players join EMS with little experience in medical roleplay and often need guidance to understand procedures and expectations. I plan to organize regular training sessions, practical exercises, and mentorship programs where experienced members can help newer recruits. By investing in training and education, I can ensure that every EMS employee is confident, knowledgeable, and capable of handling emergency situations effectively.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

3.1. Organize Frequent and High-Quality Training Sessions

One of the best ways to improve roleplay is through regular training. Training sessions should cover medical procedures, emergency response protocols, communication skills, and proper use of roleplay commands. Scenario-based exercises can also be conducted to simulate accidents, shootings, natural disasters, and other emergencies. These activities help members gain experience and confidence while maintaining realistic roleplay standards.


3.2. Increase Cooperation with Other Organizations

Roleplay becomes much more engaging when different organizations work together. EMS should regularly cooperate with law enforcement agencies, government officials, and other factions during major incidents and public events. Joint operations can create realistic situations that require teamwork and communication, making the overall roleplay experience more immersive for everyone involved.


3.3. Maintain Strict Professional Standards

Members should always follow organization rules, respect server regulations, and perform realistic medical roleplay. Supervisors and command staff should monitor interactions and provide constructive feedback when necessary. By maintaining discipline and professionalism, the organization can establish a strong reputation and encourage members to take their roles seriously.


3..4. Host Community Events and Public Programs

EMS should not only respond to emergencies but also actively engage with the community. Events such as health awareness campaigns, free medical check-up camps, first aid workshops, blood donation drives, and emergency preparedness seminars can provide excellent roleplay opportunities. These events help increase interaction between citizens and EMS personnel while promoting the department's presence within the server.

Members are more motivated when their hard work is recognized. A transparent promotion system based on activity, performance, professionalism, and contribution to the organization can encourage members to remain active and dedicated. 3.1) I will hire new employee of different time zone to cover the lobby 24/7 especially during night shift, I will also focus on Surgeries that perform with proper roleplay and professional.

3.2) Sending units on calls, so the people get treatment at their critical time and also make sure calls unit respond on calls with professionally and do proper roleplay. Because the calls is represented the EMS in the city.

3.3) I will also make sure that the Labs department also get equal attention, so the labs stock maintain at highest stock of all time and transfer medical supply to other organisation timely.

3.4) In HR department, I will make sure that every new employee get proper training and conduct examination. Also make sure that all the employees not break any rule that affect their roleplay.

3.5) I have good High Command term that can handle organisation in the absence of Chief and Deputy chief. Maintain the supportive, friendly, untoxic environment within the organisation. So the every employee can perform their roleplay in good manner.

2.1) I love working in EMS i worked in all organizations except Life Invader and as of now I am very well experienced about EMS and every other organization. but now i can see EMS Leaders and High commands not taking EMS seriously and i want to change that so I feel it is the right time to apply for me for EMS Leadership.

2.2) I will make sure that Emergency Medical Services (EMS) should work 24/7 as it provides the medical services to the state organization and the citizens. and if there is no one is available then me and my deputy's personally make sure that PH and SH lobby's is covered.

2.3) I enjoy working with other state organization by attending the events like Aircraft Carrier, Bank Protection, Hostage Situations SUBS. and helping them in every situation.

3.1) I will make a well experienced HR Team to provide better training for Surgery and ARD Trainings so that my employees will be able to do surgeries and taking long distance calls. and all my high commands are experienced. which adds realism in terms of RP.

3.2) I want to make a friendly and calm environment within the EMS and with the other organizations and citizens without any kind of favouritism and toxicity.

3.3) I will make sure lobbies to be covered all the time and also 2 units and myself as backup so my lobbies will be always be covered and at least 2 units on calls and labs and also 2 of my high commands will always available for helping other organizations which itself gives a better experience in the city in terms of RP.

3.4) I will make sure to provide a healthy and safe environment for my employees. And will also host fun activities every week for my employees.

3.5) I will make sure my high commands and employees are being professional and highly experienced not just holding their ranks and just ordering other employees and harassing them. so every other employee can respect their high commands and feel there is no favouritism and everyone will be punished.

3.6) I will regularly reply to the State Calls (Departments, DOC calls) and will do the regular health checkups of all the other state organization because it increases the RP level in the city by EMS.

2.1) The EMS was my first legal organisation also I loved working in it I want to improve the Activity of EMS like some times PH or SH are Empty. I want to solve this issue it really hampers the citizens in the city. I can resolve it by being the chief of EMS

2.2) The time I was in the organisation I have seen the people Not showing interest in doing lab works the LAB stock has been falling down I believe that I Can resolve It by doing fascinating Event that could Attract people to do Lab works

2.3) I have served in EMS for 10 terms Under different Leader Ships I know very well how to mange a organisation as a trainee till DCHR
I have Exp of 2x DCHR which use to be 1 in the term. because of serving 10 terms in EMS I have learned many Important things Like Bonus Calculations and doing inspections etc

3.1) The time I was there In EMS as a non High Command I had not experience things like Medical Inspection and Going to ACC for giving adrenaline Shots The HCs were not taking normal people for doing RP. I Can Change this by taking everyone for doing RP

3.2) I would also like to make the Ambulance Service active. The services are too weak I would make sure the AS gets active and people can get experience by doing RP

3.3) I would like to organize a medical Camps in organisation This would be completely different from Inspection we would make the people aware of important medical Care

3.4) The most Important things to increase RP in EMS would be doing surgery The HR dept has not been providing proper training for Surgery I would Improve this If I become leader of EMS

3.5) To improve The RP I would like to start a Counseling of the citizen those Who Had Bad dreams to improve the Mental Health of citizens this would be totally free cause everyone deserves good mental health and it would help to improve RP in EMS

3.6) I would make sure The people those who come for a surgery or counseling they get to exp proper RP. As I have seen in NG whenever the organization come for candies they hand over's proof of armory also in GOV for Case files, DWA etc I would make sure that the patient gets the proper summary of the counselling and surgery in Mails

3.7) The Imp thing That makes the RP more worse for a employee is favoritism Personally I have also faced this issue in EMS I would like to solve this issue by not being biased

3.8) The last Point adrenaline Shots helps a lot to the Leos to fight against the Bandits So I would make sure EMS give shots to LEOs whenever Needed

I want to lead EMS because I enjoy creating realistic and professional medical roleplay. As a leader, I will ensure that every EMS member follows proper medical procedures, server rules, and high RP standards.

Conduct regular medical and scenario-based training for all EMS staff.Enforce professional behavior, proper communication, and realistic medical RP. Use body cameras and documentation for important incidents to maintain accountability.Encourage teamwork and coordination with SAHP, LSPD, and other legal organizations.Mentor new members so they quickly learn EMS procedures and server rules.Reward active, skilled, and professional members to increase motivation.Handle rule violations fairly and consistently to maintain discipline within the department.
