Leader of Los Santos Police Department

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

(i) My Story & Motivation

To be honest, my RP journey really started with LSPD. Back then, I had low knowledge, barely any experience, and I didn’t fully understand the system. But I stuck with it and kept learning. Now, I’ve been active in RP for around 3–4 months, and in that short time, I’ve seen both the good and the bad sides of how things work.

I’ve seen favoritism, poor RP standards, people getting promoted who barely deserve it, and others who genuinely put in the effort getting ignored. I know becoming a leader is a big step — especially for someone still learning — but I believe leadership isn’t just about experience, it’s also about mindset.

All I need is a fair chance to prove myself. If I become the leader of LSPD, I’ll make sure promotions are earned, RP is taken seriously, and every officer feels heard. I chose LSPD because it’s the core law enforcement agency in the city — a lot can be changed here, and I want to be the one to do it.

(ii) I Believe in Hard Work Over Rank

One of the biggest problems I’ve seen is people holding high ranks but doing nothing with them. There are sometimes over 100 people in the org, yet when it’s time for events, maybe 10–15 show up. That’s not how it should be.

If I’m given the chance to lead, I’ll focus on building a serious, active, and fair department. I’ll make sure people get promoted based on effort — not popularity. And when someone makes a mistake, I won’t just strike them and move on. I’ll give them a chance to learn. Most HRs just say “learn the rules,” but never explain how. I want to change that.

I’ll build strong teams like HR, IA, SWAT, and TEU, who aren’t just there for the title — they’ll be there to support and guide officers at every level.

(iii) Leadership Means Listening & Building a Team

For me, a real leader is someone who listens first, gives respect, and earns trust. I always try to take feedback seriously, and if I lead LSPD, I’ll make sure no one feels ignored or unimportant.

I want to build a team where people actually enjoy showing up. I’ll host fun, creative in-RP events for LSPD members, give out bonuses for hard work, and keep the vibe positive but professional. Things like group training, team-building events, and in-RP recognition can go a long way.

If you’re working hard, you’ll be appreciated — simple as that.

3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

Here’s what I plan to implement if I get the opportunity to lead:

No favoritism and everyone gets treated fairly
Bonuses and rewards for officers who put in effort
Promotions based purely on activity, performance, and attitude
Improve the RP in key events like robberies, hostages, etc., to make them feel more real
Organize at least 1 state wave + 1 LSPD-only event per term
Hire strong deputies & high command who can manage things in my absence
Help new recruits grow instead of punishing them for not knowing everything
Build a department that becomes the most active, respected, and RP-focused org in the city

4. Punishment System

A structured and fair punishment system is important. Here’s how I’ll handle mistakes:
  • Verbal Warning 1 – For minor mistakes
  • Verbal Warning 2 – If the mistake is repeated
  • Strike 1 – For more serious issues; could lead to a demotion
  • Strike 2 – Serious violations; possible suspension
  • Strike 3 – Major violations; likely termination

My goal is not to punish but to correct and guide. If someone genuinely wants to improve, they’ll always get support under my leadership.

LSPD got potential, but I feel like it’s missing that energy, that vibe where people actually enjoy being in the org and still take it seriously. I wanna bring that. Make it more alive, more organized, and actually fun too. Not just logging in, doing duty, and logging off. I want people to feel like they’re part of something real.

(ii) Team should feel like a team

For me, ranks and tags don’t matter if people don’t move like a unit. I want a department where everyone has each other’s back, where we train together, improve together, and actually enjoy working as a team. High commands will lead, not just wear the rank. New members will get support, not just shouted at. That’s how I see it.

(iii) I believe in fair system

No favoritism, no “he’s my friend so he gets promoted” type stuff. If you’re active, you work hard, you respect the RP, you deserve to grow. I’ll personally make sure the people who grind and show effort get noticed. Everyone should feel they got a chance if they put in the work.

3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

treat everyone same, no special treatment

high command should be active, not just by name

promote people who earn it, not who ask for it

follow chain of command, respect goes both ways

train people properly, not just throw them in duty

make scenes serious, like real life police would handle it

do more patrols, checkpoints, and city presence

share tasks equally so no one feels left out

listen to feedback from members, not just give orders

make LSPD something people wanna join, not just grind for paychecks

Additional information
1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1 LSPD Academy - LSPD will offer anyone who is interested to get good with Law Enforcement and anyone who has joined the city just now, so they could understand the very basics and also very advanced things and topics in the law. I am a licensed lawyer serving the state as a Supreme Court Judge with a lot of experiance as Law Enforcement officer and also as a Lawyer and Judge. I have been in many terms in different organisations that pure field experiance from many perspectives give me good understanding what needs to be changed and improved to get high standarts and to also let people enjoy the city. I will look for people with a lot of experience to lead the academy as Instructors.

2.2 Traffic Enforcement - Most of the people these days drive their cars very recklessly and we need units that are looking after that and improve the driving culture in the city. TEU will enforce the traffic law and uphold it, not only towing cars and giving tickets but also Speed Camera traps set around the city to fine those people for speeding. If we enforce the speeding crimes we will get a good, clean driving culture.

2.3 Pushing for High standards - LSPD needs a new start, we need to rise standards in LSPD. The level of professionalism in the organisations has gone from top class to anyone getting ranks. I will structure ranks properly and show value to each and every rank that we will have so in that way it does not matter who you are how much experiance you have. Everyone will have a chance to prove his usefulnes in different positions.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

-Organize events to get good and calm relations with the community
-Improve the ranking structure
-Make a clean and neet bonus system that will atract people to work hard
-Hard work will pay off with promotion ceremony at end of every week
-Good relations with other organisations
-Usefull departments
-Well asigned tasks
-Clear goal for each and everyone

My Past Experience:
2x FIB Deputy Director
2x SAHP Under Sheriif
1x LSPD Deputy Chief of Police
1x Supreme Court Judge (Currently)
1x DOJ Sr Attorney
5x Assistant Director of FIB
2x Chief Commander/ Assistant Sheriff of SAHP
3x Assistant Chief of Police of LSPD
2x Minister of State of GOV
etc.

Thank you for your time!
