I was at Beach Market, and my car was parked in the Beach Market parking area. Suddenly, I noticed that I was fined by a LEO. I immediately went to the parking area, but there was no LEO present at the location. Therefore, I would like to request the POV of the officer who fined me to verify how and from where he issued the fine.
