Hello Bobby,


I was permanently banned on EN 3 for violating G.R 1.1 and 1.2 [M].
I would like to explain that my PC was recently compromised, and it seems my password was leaked, which possibly led to someone else accessing my account without permission.


I want to make it clear that I have never shared or traded my account with anyone. The actions that caused this situation were not done by me personally.
Since then, I have secured my system, changed all my passwords, and enabled extra protection to ensure this never happens again.


I fully respect the server rules and understand the importance of account security.
Please review my case and reconsider the ban, as this incident occurred due to circumstances beyond my control.
I assure you that I will be much more careful with my account and system security going forward.
