I am directly involved in this but one of the unit in my department was towing up a car then the owner of the car came and rammed my guy and then he was just provoking my guy as my guy just joined the server and when he asked for the identification the person whose car got stolen show him his ID then he was just covering up for the corruption. I was with my guy and I am related to the situation but that guy showed his ID to my unit only. It is corruption without bio to carry ID off duty.

I have my side of the POV as well but i thought that explaining the whole situation with the pov which got the ID was more important as following rules in RP is also very important. Thank you
