I was just roaming looking to start a RP that's why i go to LSPD HQ was not constantly honking but yeah i was looking to start a RP when one of the officer came to me ask me to stop honking I immediately stopped and started talking to them.. once they left talking to me i honked twice which is not PROVOKING cause he Was far away from me i turned my car around and about to leave the but 46100 gave me demand to pull over I stopped when i understand situation is started i tried to left he have to gave me 3 maybe 2 pull over demand and after that he can block my engine in this case he didn't gave me more than 1 demand and its fail RP.
