I was trying to enter the state control zone, when the uchiha clan members started shooting me outside the zone. First I thought a few shots maybe be a mistake, but they intentionally broke my vest, and when I was waiting for the 2 minute cooldown to over so that I can wear other vest, they even finished me with a sniper shot.
This is not the first time they are intentionally doing rulebreaks in order to win state control. I want to see pov of those shooting at me and not abiding Event rule 1.11

It is not against the rules, but your POV has an excessively high base which may result in penalty if repeated in the future. You can hear songs until and unless they completely overpower the actual game sound.

Restall, there are no additional IDs that can be seen breaking the rule, and even the IDs that have provided their POV do not clearly reveal any rule breaking.
