Some time ago, my friend also opened a ban evading report about this person.
First piece of evidence → The banned accounts are forum 123805 and 126788 → GR1.1 Flokie Vilgerson
and this person is opening a report for two different accounts from the same forum account.
Second piece of evidence → Main account ID and forums → RDM /115972/125436/45122
Forum where the person's main account was banned → Approved - General Rule 1.1 + 1.4 | 123805 - 131273 - 126788 - 118710
