Rejected FAIL RP, PG | 4337

During a store robbery event by Bloods gang, we (7 FIB agents) landed on the roof via helicopter. Initially, there were multiple Bloods members on the roof. Most of them left the roof, leaving only 3 members (IDs 3575, 4337, 149647).

When only ID 149647 remained on the roof surrounded by 7 FIB agents, we repeatedly ordered him to surrender (hands up). He completely ignored all our commands (Fail RP) and instead jumped off the roof to escape (Power Gaming). This is unrealistic behavior as no realistic person would jump off a roof when surrounded by 7 armed agents.

Rule Breaks:
1. Fail RP : Ignoring RP commands from law enforcement
2. Power Gaming (PG): Performing unrealistic actions (jumping off roof) to avoid RP consequences
3. Unrealistic Behavior (UB): Not showing realistic fear when surrounded by 7 armed agents

At 0:23 I gave call to my gang members to keep the hostage until I am safe and also told them to shoot the hostage if I give a call.

Just because I cant kill the hostage according to server rules it doesn't mean the LEOs don't take my warnings seriously.

With proper RP I warned the LEOs that if they would cuff me that would put hostage's life in danger.

That's why until 3:13 they didn't cuff me or gave me any demands until I fell down.

If they were even 7 they still didn't give me demands and as per the RP they should fear me as I could give a call to kill the hostage.

In my POV at 2:35 I fell as ID 140694 was blocking the stairs.

If I did PG then please watch my POV till the end and see 3 officers fell right after me by accident.

ID 121225 didn't provide the full POV so he could saves the LEOs in the end who jumped or fell from the roof right after me.

1. The Core Violation is Power Gaming & Fail RP:
The main issue is your decision to jump off the roof.When you are surrounded by 7 armed law enforcement officers with no realistic escape route, jumping off a building is not a believable or humanlike action. This falls under Power Gaming performing acts that are not realistic to avoid RP consequences. A realistic character would surrender. Furthermore, ignoring the armed agents surrounding you constitutes Fail RP.

2. Other Officers' Actions Are a Separate Issue:
The fact that other officers fell after you is irrelevant to your initial violation.If those officers also broke rules, that should be handled in a separate complaint.

NO Rule Break here, they were 3 on the roof, you cannot arrest them, and in the last, your agents were blocking the stairs.

Rule Clearly says that you can only arrest if the gang member is standing alone not like when they are leaving you want for them on stairs to cuff them.
