Im Rengoku Black deputy of EMS and i was having a small meeting with my high command on EMS mails and Also Covering SH and patching citizen and everything was fine, Suddenly this guy (152471) come and Tell me to patch and i did after that he Abuse me and Harass me in infront of Other Citizen (151883)
