Hello,
I would like to report an incident of VDM that occurred at my gang HQ. I was standing on the roof when a player in a helicopter deliberately hit me with the blades. At first, he struck me once, and I thought it might have been an accident. However, he came back again and intentionally flew towards me. I tried to move away, but he still hit me with the helicopter blades, which clearly shows it was done on purpose.
Please review the situation and take appropriate action.
