I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to respectfully appeal my recent 60-day ban for “disrespecting an administrator.” I want to clarify the situation from my point of view and request a fair review of the punishment.
During an RP interaction, I was being confronted by several players in-character. The situation escalated quickly, and my responses were part of the roleplay trash-talking that was already happening between our characters. At no point did I intend to disrespect staff or break character toward anyone in an administrative capacity.
When I was banned, I didn’t receive a clear explanation of what specifically crossed the line, and I believe the punishment may have been based on a misunderstanding. I fully respect every staff member and the work that goes into running the server, and if my in-character behavior came across as OOC disrespect, I sincerely apologize — that was not my intention.
I also want to express this respectfully: I’m concerned that there may have been some bias involved, as several players involved seemed to have close connections within the staff team. I’m not accusing anyone of wrongdoing, but I do feel the situation may not have been handled as neutrally as it could have been. I would appreciate it if my case could be reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original incident, just to ensure fairness.
I enjoy the server a lot and have put time into building my character and engaging with the community. I’m more than willing to adjust my behavior and clarify boundaries so this situation never happens again. I’m simply asking for another chance or at least a reduced punishment based on the context.
