I have been proud to serve LifeInvader in five terms, with four at high command, and a proven track record as the Head of Human Resources. In this capacity I have developed a depth of experience in coaching and mentoring new talent, as well as fostering valued relationships with senior leadership. With my understanding of the company depth as well as dedication and vision, I believe LifeInvader can continue to grow and prosper in my hands.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

Department Bettering: As a commander, I will make sure everyone High-Command is always capable of doing what's necessary, not wasting positions just for fun! Command shifts will be pro-actively timetabled to ensure that help is always at hand. I will create training and onboarding processes for new members to get up to speed. Also, by adding and training help in the Advertisement Department we keep Product Development and Administration up twenty four hours a day. Prompt responses to reception desk calls shall.

Improving Roleplay: LifeInvader is already widely recognized by citizens for their unique events, that create game play and RP. I am dedicated to being able to keep this excitement up and continue hosting events every week. Also, we need to work on better relationships with other organizations to get cooperation and support for our projects. I promote the cause of roleplay in the faction, creative events, strict lessons for newcomers and professional journalism.

Our Common Vision: LifeInvader, for the people. I will see that all of our employees, including high-command individuals, respect the citizens as a Leader. Reception calls are one call only, and I will manage with same passion and professionalism! A comfortable and supportive work environment will be fostered to enhance organisational morale and productivity.

2.1) My personal experience in the organization
- I have been in LI from a long time and worked in different departments such as Ads Team, Journalism Team, Creative Team, and worked as HR Manager also and achieve a good rank HOD of Journalism, I have faced some challenges in my department, learned from my mistakes and improved myself step by step. This experience helped me to understand the responsibility as a High Command and of a leader.

2.2) Inspired by different Leaders.
- I have worked under different leaders such as Rich Roggerr, Muttie Ilya, Sophie Lynn, Pixel Federal and Graven Nightfall temp terms and most recent Goku Drip, I have observed the working style, decision making and communication methods of these leaders. This has taught me how to handle a term even in difficult situations. This experience inspired me to take responsibilities and guide others just like they guided me.

2.3) My Vision in Lifeinvaders
- I wanted to become leader because I have a clear vision to improve LI and grow it in positive direction. My Focus will be on improving communication between different departments and between the citizens and Improving working efficiency of each department and make a supportive environment for all members of organization and citizens in city.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1) We will encourage the Journalism team to make new things in my term such as Field interviews and covering different type of situations such as Landslides, Weather for-casts, Accidents etc , This will help journalism team to improve RolePlay and make it more realistic.

3.2) In my term we will make sure to conduct different types of events such as Talent Show, Fashion Show, Car Show etc and other different challenges along with good rewards. It will help us to be active throughout the city.

3.3) In my term we will suggest and try to make it available if possible to make some new services such as covering whole marriages and making its album, and we will make us available to cover ceremonies of different organizations.

3.4) We will hire new members with good skills and communication for different departments for both Day and Night Shift which will help us to be more active throughout a Day and make the each department more reliable and efficient.

I have been in LI from More than a year and while working i have achieved a good experience of Highcommand of 2 departments in one time the departments were Journalism and Creative, also have worked under many Leaders. I have observed all of them and saw where and when they did a mistake. I also got a lot of experience from en3 too, Also I know what is ground opinions about last some leaders, where they lacked and all. And I got a Leadership Experience of VAGOS Running a Successful term and also of NG.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

If I become the Leader I will improve a various things in the org which as follows -

1.) I will post 2 articles daily in cnn and i will provide training to all like how to play the role of them correctly which are like in the other orgs like ems and all. how to do on spot reporting and the interview and all,these things are literally like out of the org or we can say dead things, i want to revive these things and encouraging my employees to do these things.

2.) I will start encouraging them to do on spot reporting like if a event is happening so 2-3 journalist go together and do the broadcast of that event.

3.) I will improve the selection system to improve RP in the org.

4.) I will host various events so the ORG should be active most of the time in my term. Events will have good prize pool.

5.) I will make HODs to those who are capable of that and Online for the convenience of all.

6.) I will hire more in ads department and also give them proper training (mentioned it in above point) and so their mistakes can get corrected. It will maintain consistency in ads.

7.) I will make sure that each and every department is working properly.

8.) No internal conflicts will be there.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. By hiring More peoples in Lifeinvader who can help us to grow Lifeinvader
2. By hosting more unique events, so that we also can connect with Citizens, and also citizens can also love to participate unique events and they can earn prizes.
3. Specially hire employees for night shift so that they can help to clear PDA at night time.
4. From my personal experience I noticed they is less employees for journalism department so we can hire more peoples for journalism team.
5. Every time must have at least 1 journalism employee available who can attend daily activities and cover all situation so that we can make article on it.
6. Also making a rule for journalism who can take org leader/deputy leader or normal people interviews about current situations.
7. From my personal experience I saw there is lots of empty ranks on Lifeinvader so we can add more ranks. By doing this, employees can do more hard work for promotion.
8. Hosting contests for Lifeinvader employees so they can do more work. And earn extra money.
