2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have been proud to serve LifeInvader in five terms, with four at high command, and a proven track record as the Head of Human Resources. In this capacity I have developed a depth of experience in coaching and mentoring new talent, as well as fostering valued relationships with senior leadership. With my understanding of the company depth as well as dedication and vision, I believe LifeInvader can continue to grow and prosper in my hands.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Department Bettering: As a commander, I will make sure everyone High-Command is always capable of doing what's necessary, not wasting positions just for fun! Command shifts will be pro-actively timetabled to ensure that help is always at hand. I will create training and onboarding processes for new members to get up to speed. Also, by adding and training help in the Advertisement Department we keep Product Development and Administration up twenty four hours a day. Prompt responses to reception desk calls shall.
Improving Roleplay: LifeInvader is already widely recognized by citizens for their unique events, that create game play and RP. I am dedicated to being able to keep this excitement up and continue hosting events every week. Also, we need to work on better relationships with other organizations to get cooperation and support for our projects. I promote the cause of roleplay in the faction, creative events, strict lessons for newcomers and professional journalism.
Our Common Vision: LifeInvader, for the people. I will see that all of our employees, including high-command individuals, respect the citizens as a Leader. Reception calls are one call only, and I will manage with same passion and professionalism! A comfortable and supportive work environment will be fostered to enhance organisational morale and productivity.
Advertisement Department: I will hire staff across multiple time zones, especially for night shifts, to ensure PDA operations run smoothly.
Creative Department: I will expand the Creative Team with the goal of producing at least one talent show per week, along with additional engaging events.
Journalism Department: Our coverage will focus on important and engaging stories, such as store robberies, hostage situations, and interviews with leaders and deputies of legal organizations, rather than uninteresting news.
