I took this guy's bounty for 50k from dark net, when i approached him i was trying to talked he pulled out gun started shooting which means he knew i was trying to collect bounty so he started RP for which i have no issues because it happens regularly nothing was weird until he was unconscious and at TS 2:45 as you can see somehow his car came here and then everything started opening in car, the gates trunk and then his car started automatically after that he and his car vanished.

I would also request admins to please ask for his POV of the situation because it clearly looks sketchy of how car was operating on its own plus i even pressed F10 to be sure it wasn't black magic, i even kicked him to find his actual location.
Either this was all black magic and i didn't kill him he got healed instantly magically and the car was suddenly transformers and he was taking his own decisions to save the owner. If this is not the case then he is definitely Cheating.

P.S.: When i was going through third eye i was trying to find bounty option as he should have been claimed as soon as i killed him but he didn't so i thought there was an change in system and he would have to be collected by third eye or something.​

Good story telling but you are saying the game was bugged so much that the people scanner lied 4 times and also that a person came who is invisible to everyone and the car disappears?
Get a better story at least ...
Because 1st glitch the ID came to wrong person from the people scanner, second glitch that a player appearing magically in thin air and not caring i killed a person etc and starts doing his stuff etc, please provide POV to prove facts third glitch that the car disappears in thin air like that ?
