-->First and foremost, I want to be the leader of the Marabunta Grande because it is an old gang from the beginning of the Grand Theft Auto universe, and people tend to go for it because of its popularity but now i wanna make it more active and stronger, if I am given the position, I will make sure that Families regains its vibe and that people fear it.

-->Second, by understanding both the viewpoints of a Leo attending a robbery or other event and that of a gang member, I am able to make my events "maximum" in terms of success rate because I will essentially know what the next course of action is for Leos.

-->Third, I believe I can easily manage the responsibility of organization because I have excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. I also have excellent previous experience in both state and crime at various commanding ranks.



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

since they are the foundation of the organization, I will choose the best high command. I will make sure they do not give favoritism when giving ranks, and if I see them acting in a way that favors gang members, I will take strong action. I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make Marabunta Grande the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best. I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetto clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. I'll just aim at people and follow high commands so they can learn more practically.

2.1 Being honest here at the start of my RP life I was not that interested in gangs as my imagination about gang was not up to the standard of RP but when I joined different gangs and played a pivotal role in gangs, I got to know that there is ample amount of RP exists in gangs as well just you have to explore that . RP can only be done when We/I as leader shows the gang . I have been in different gangs as deputy and I know very well how to increase activity and standard of RP in gangs . Marabunta was my third gang in city in Thomas Bigfist's term. Also Marabunta is the only gang whose applications are open . ​

2.2 I had been leader of 3 different state org's so I know how to lead term, Ofcourse one of them ( GOV ) was disbanded when i was about to complete 2 terms 3 days before which was a back point but still being leader of 3 different state org's . I am now capable to lead an org . ​

2.3 I've had given 2 different gang interview which I failed previously as I at some point lacked Crime experience as I was a State side personality\ but gained knowledge from them . Being leader of 3 different organization and gaining more experience of Crime side, I am now all set to lead Marabunta . ​

3.1 Making sure their so no messesd up hiring . Will be giving this access to specific rank so that only they can hire ( not like state org ) but still not messed , Highcommands will be compassionate and calm , who can handle different situations easily ​

3.2 As per my experience gang's doesn't focus that much towards events like SUBS, Encashments and Vehicle theft . I will make sure equal attention to be given to all the events in my term. ​

3.3 Making sure that my units have max numbers in events and their is no provocative disputes rising inter or intra organization , No toxicity within the organization . Will make them learn how to do proper RP from a gang member's Perspective . ​

(1)I want to become specific leader of this gang because at start of my journey I have learned and understood everything from gangs every gang gaved me a new experience and journey but marabunta grande is very close to my heart because it was my first gang.

(2) I will also see to it there is no such favouritism so that every guy could get the rank according to their knowledge and turfing skills .
(3) I will also plant solar and cannabis seed in the hq so that gang members could get a good bonus after every event and our economy could grow stronger .
(4) We will take every member in gang by taking their proper interview so that the term could go very well without getting any warning or strike .

I started my rp life from Crime by joining my first gang Vagos there i enjoyed playing and made new friends who helped me understand rules of the server and some gang rules also. Rules looked very easy to understand therefore i decided to be in gang.

I want to be the leader of Marabunta Grande because i have been 2 times deputy once in ballas and currently in Vagos but i was just under deputy when i join Marabunta so i decided to rise up to the level of leader.

So I want to be leader of Marabunta because it is not just a gang for me it is a family for me and I respect blue colour and it's name and I want to make fear of this name in the city and make sure that it's powerful than others gangs.

I will see that my members will not do any rule break and I make sure that everyone respect the city rules and gang rules so that we don't break the role play and keep the RP professional.

I will keep my gang more active than other gangs by planning the events gun store, store , gang raid , FZ raid etc . The more activity we do that much role play level we can increase .

I believe that we should have a zero toxicity level between the gang members and if some how there is misunderstanding between the gang members so as a leader I should solve it and keep a healthy environment and good relationship between other gangs also so that we can take help with them when we needed or we can help them when they need .

1. I want to be leader now because I have been in many gangs before and learned how to manage members, handle, and run a team properly. Now I feel ready to take full leadership and start my own journey as the leader of Marabunta Grande. I will give my full time and energy to make this gang rise again and build a strong name in the city.

2. I will make Marabunta one of the most active and respected gangs by ensuring proper RP, no rule breaks, and solid teamwork. My goal is to bring back the true street power of Marabunta.

3. I will not do any kind of favoritism every member will get equal opportunity. I will choose the best deputies who can help manage the gang and train new members. I’ll also teach all gang members everything about gang RP and systems. To keep motivation high, I’ll give regular bonuses.
