1.I want to be leader of Marabunta cause i ve been in the city for nearly 1.5yrs and i have spent most of my times in gangs and i have participated in every gang events and i have a good knowlege about gang events and the timings / i think i have a clean background for this position and never been through a serious punishment that could push me back from this.

2. I like to leade events and i like to help people and now there is alot of new people in the city i will teach them rules and i sure they will have good knowledge from me also turfs are important thing so ill be careful about it and trying to do my best to take 100% also will be focused on the other events like the clandestine , battleship and more events also the ghetto for sure we will be active there to take the control over the other gangs.

-->I want to be leader of marabunta grande because i ve been hc at many times in gangs an i know rules very well and Most of my friends became leaders of a gang and i have a strong past experience think i can lead a term too

will make sure that my deputy and under deputys are filled with experienced guys because i want from my deputys to be professionel in hiring i they need to do interview every time because i want to close my term with zero warning

We will focus on realistic RP situations that come naturally during gameplay. Not every situation needs shooting; sometimes talking, planning, or reacting makes RP better. This keeps interactions real and enjoyable for everyone.

Discipline and communication:
Clear rules, regular meetings, and good communication between high command and members will help avoid problems and keep the organization united.

• I have lived in the city for a long time and have solid gang roleplaying experience. I am aware of how turf systems run, how gang events happen, and how to handle members in both low-stress and stressful situations. I am able to lead Marabunta Grande in a disciplined way without breaking rules.​
• I am playing from long time and i have friends with me and family members who will support me when i become the leader and it will be the most active and poweful gang in the city.​
• I have good turf skills so, i will try to do 100% turf from marabunta side.​

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

• I want to be a leader mainly because, when I first started playing the game, it was the first gang where I received Rank 11 without going through an interview. I was unaware of any rules at the time. I took ammunition from the warehouse after my friend told me to fill in his family car. I was banned for 60 days and then i get to know this was against the rp rules.
  I want to be a strict and responsible leader as a result of this. Under my leadership, each player will be required to undergo an interview just before joining, and ranks will only be awarded as per his knowledge .
• I will plant solar every day with the help of gang members and protect them which will later help me to give bonus.
• With the help of my deputies i will make sure there in no toxicity between gang members or by gang members which will also make ore bond strong.
• If i get the term players will enjoy a lot and learn from events.

My Goals :
•To do 100% turf.
•To do max number of graffiti and paint the ghetto in sky blue.
•To do max number of events in a day like store, fz raids, gun store, subs.

1 - It is actually quite simple. I feel like Gang is where I belong after trying so many things in this city. My background, culture, and traditions are a fantastic fit for someone who needs to manage the Marabunta . Of course, in order to be successful, a fantastic team is always required to fill the gaps. All effective leaders have a perfect team that will provide any assistance required. I believe I have assembled one of the best teams ever assembled to help the organization .

2 - As a leader, I would provide a system for the entire gang to follow and for everyone to have a fair chance to get the rank they deserve based on their attitude and rp skills, which would determine their gang rank and not just them being active and pulling to events, which would make members more satisfied with the system they are involved in, but there will be a strike system that would involve people not showing up to events and not rping.

3 - Not only will I form a nice and strong gang, but I will also ensure that every single member of the gang properly follows RP rules and does not cause any trouble so that everyone may enjoy the server with proper RP. With my knowledge and talents, I would increase the criminal RP experience and continue to improve the bulk of the RP day by day. In the most generous sense, I believe I am well suited for The Marabunta' leadership role. Moreover, i have a lot of experience as a High command in state orgs due to which i know the leo's mind which will for sure help me in completing and concluding the whole event.

-> Regularly committing robberies in the ghetto/highway without breaking a single rule.
-> Participating in turf battles.
-> Attacking the Gun Store/Store Robbery/Hostage Situation, and gaining RP by negotiating with LEOs
-> Participating in every event, such as Clandestine, Battleship, and Defending BM Raid.
-> Attacking the FZ Raid
-> Hiring people for Graffiti, And doing actively.
-> Taking out the Ammo Run Trucks (Knowing the Info. ICly).
-> Begin hiring people who understand the rules at the very top.
