Rejected i was unfairly banned

ok so i would like to start out saying i mean no disrespect! However i feel a 60 day ban for asking questions is really unfair! here is what happened - i was in front of hospital doing the cab job when a player came along and rammed my cab till it was on fire i asked him to stop he kept going. i then walked back to the cab spot to get another taxi, and was attacked and killed by another player unprovoked. so i was frustrated so i asked why does this say this is rp when no one is rp-ing. i stated it would be nice if there was traffic laws. i broke no rules and said nothing in appropriate and was banned for 60 days, the only thing i said out of frustration was this is not rp this is a free for all without rules and was banned by kayce_shakespere i have no prior warnings and never even been in trouble. seems harsh and unfair to me. i am sorry for getting frustrated. but i still showed no disrespect to anyone nor did i disrespect the server as he claims! if this is such a aggreges offence then fine ill go on my way! but i do not feel i deserved this as a new player with 50 hrs and 0 warnings.
