Rejected Ban Appeal | kayce Shakespeare

I was banned for server disrespect for 60 days from Kayce shakespere.
I have no prior warnings or bans and am a new player with 50 hours who was invited by friends.
I was attacked by two different players within a 15 minute span neither of them role played or even spoke first one rammed my taxi till it was on fire in front of hospital.
The second one attacked me outside the cab station, again unprovoked. i then messaged a admin and asked why no one was following the rules?
Out of frustration i stated it seems like a free for all with no rules and was instantly banned no warning first offense 60 days.
this seems really extreme , no warning, no 7 day ban, a two month ban?
I am sorry if i broke any rules, i feel it was a miscommunication and ask that you lift the ban.
I seriously meant no disrespect, nor did i disrespect anyone.
I may have handled the situation wrong but as i stated i am a new player and i am trying to rectify the situation and learn the correct way to handle things.
Thank you for your time, Please allow me to continue to play with my friends on your server, i will do my best to follow all rules to period.
