They entered the roof from the ladder which is accessible from inside the zone but they climb it from outside, In my pov only 4 are visible but probably they were more who did the same rule break. Requesting for a proper investigation because this is unfair.

Sir, as requested here is our POV and to be fair and honest while participating in an RP Factory event we were completely unaware and by mistake we entered an unauthorized/unaccessible roof area. We genuinely didn’t know that the area was restricted — the location was confusing and we were misled, which caused this mistake. We had no intention to break any rules. If possible, we request if possible to be forgiven for this time, We will be careful in the future and this will not happen again.
