I was present at an active Gun Store Robbery where SAHP was already initiating negotiations for the hostage's safety.

The suspect (FIB Agent) arrived late to the scene and immediately disrupted the ongoing negotiation by:

1. Fail RP: Screaming and arguing with us regarding "Permissions" right in front of the armed robbers. This chaotic behavior undermined the negotiator and endangered the hostage's life.
2. Her actions caused unnecessary confusion and ruined the RP scenario for everyone involved.
