• I want to become a leader because i think i can help players to be better at RP and most new players would want to join gangs but they don't know much server rules so i would help them and guide them for better experience not just to them but for everyone on server who they interact with.
  
  
• So after becoming a deputy of gang multiple times i have gained experience of gang. I learned about leadership from my leaders. In my term i am gonna make my term a terrorist organization, I am gonna do 100% Turf and also i would do Capital Attack and I will make a fear of East Side Ballas in the city and also i will make my term one of most active term. I will paint ghetto in purple and i am gonna do most hostage situations and make LEOs fear to enter in ghetto and scared to patrol on Highways.
  
  
• In my term i am not gonna do any favoritism, partiality, toxicity and try that my gang members also will not. In my gang i will make my bonus system very good and daily payouts for high level activity (RP). In my gang I'll make most professional term who abide by the rules.

3. Your advises for improving RolePlay level in organization.

• I'll Make sure there is No toxicity among the gang members and no favoritism for ranks, everyone would rank up for their activity.
  
  
• I will try to do regularly hostage situation and highway robberies to maintain high level of RP and its gonna be good events for gang members to be active for.
  
  
• I will choose best deputies so there is not much rule breaks and they know how to handle many people together which will improve RP generals in events.

1 - I have been in this city for long enough to know which gang is fun and mostly active. Moreover ballas has its reputation in the dark side of the city and they are also feared in the city.

2- In this city i have been part of both illegal and legal organizations but the fun you get in the gang is unmatched , moreover i also have experience as a deputy of marabunta and families so i am aware of the responsibilities that i would get if i were to be a leader.

3- I can make my term very active and successfull as i have great connections in the city and i also have friends who are very active , I will also try to make a good bonus system so that players can earn well from the gang. I would also try to do solar plantation business so that the bonuses are easily cleared and every player gets the bonus on time.

1- I have seen a lot of favouritism in the past in gangs , i want to get rid of that and give to players that are well deserving and hard working.

2- I also want to maintain a peaceful and non-toxic environment i would also like to maintain an environment in which new players can learn new things without hesitation.

• Experience & Capability: Having lived in the city for a considerable amount of time, I have seen a number of organizations come and go. I have the "know-how" and maturity to run a gang like Ballas. I am aware of the city's workings and the particular demands made on a leader to uphold discipline and activity.
• Creating a Legacy: In the Ghetto, Ballas has a legendary reputation. I would like to introduce a term that is both active and dominant. My objectives are to achieve 100% Turf, paint the Ghetto purple, and make the East Side Ballas the most respected gang in the server.
• Fairness and Incentives: In my opinion, a gang remains strong when its members are well-cared for. To make sure that every member is paid fairly and on schedule, I will set up solar plantation everyday and a open bonus system. I want to stop favoritism and make sure that rank is earned via hard work and loyalty.

• Zero Tolerance for Toxicity: Everyone should enjoy roleplaying. I'll make sure my members behave professionally when interacting with LEOs and other gangs, and I'll enforce strict rules against OOC toxicity.
• Training for New Members: New players frequently violate the rules because they are unaware of how complicated the server is. Before they go out into the streets, I will personally make sure that my deputies teach new recruits about RP etiquette and ghetto rules.
• Diverse RP Events: Even though fighting plays a significant role in gang life, I want to enhance role-playing by planning excellent hostage scenarios, store robberies, and highway interdictions that feel more like authentic "events" than just routine tasks.
