In my term i am gonna make my term a terrorist organization, I am gonna do 100% Turf and also i would do Capital Attack and I will make a fear of East Side Ballas in the city and also i will make my term one of most active term. I will paint ghetto in purple and i am gonna do most hostage situations and make LEOs fear to enter in ghetto and scared to patrol on Highways.

1 - I have been in this city for long enough to know which gang is fun and mostly active. Moreover ballas has its reputation in the dark side of the city and they are also feared in the city.

2- In this city i have been part of both illegal and legal organizations but the fun you get in the gang is unmatched , moreover i also have experience as a deputy of marabunta and families so i am aware of the responsibilities that i would get if i were to be a leader.

3- I can make my term very active and successfull as i have great connections in the city and i also have friends who are very active , I will also try to make a good bonus system so that players can earn well from the gang. I would like display my decade of experience in the field of illegal organizations, and I want to make good communiction with my gang members, and i want to make good communication with my gang members, and want to make it powerful and respectful gang in the whole city, so i decided to lead a gang i will do my best to improve my gang, I think i can take the role as leader with my term makeing sure things are working the way it should be. 1.By giving bonus we can invite stranger that will increase activity.
2. Hiring more people: inviting multiple people from aliense Ballas can increase RP.
3. Only Experienced inviting people who have knowledge about server and rule can prevent us from org warns so org with low warns is the best org.
4. Commanding in the absence of leader so choosing perfect 4 deputies can increase strong and confident/perfect RP.
5. RP commands will increase will increase quailty of Role Play of each individual so automatically increase RP.

I have solid experience in both sides legal and illegal as high rank deputy/under deputy in most orgs, This experience has got me a strong knowledge of the rules. Now im good at the mechanics am able to handle situations calmly and i beleive i can easily handle leadership capablities.
