Hello dear admins and assistants, I had a bounty on a guy on top of a 24/7 before i went to him i made sure it was okay to take him out of the roof or the 24/7 area to kill him
So i wanted to go up to him and try to convenice him to get down and we can talk (then i can kill him) but i when i went up he started shooting me with no demands and anything so i went down healed and then killed him not only for the bounty but to protect my life

As What you killed him was Completely For you Bounty about the thing You said you killed him to save Your Life there was no danger to you as he was leaving with his car
