Dear admins,
In Grand RP, I arrived at PH Rob ATM. I am deaf, so I cannot hear IC, and I did not know what the officer was saying. I tried to show another LSPD ID, but he cuffed me very quickly before I could understand or react.
I have never been corrupt, and I had no bad intentions in this situation. I was confused because of my condition. I am sorry for what happened, and I kindly ask if the warning can be removed.
