- Me Yam Captain, I have served in most respectful position in state as Acting chief of Police in LSPD , Chief Commander in SAHP, USSS Director in GOV, 00 Agent in FIB and Major General in NG , I have served 3 terms in LSPD including the temp term. My time as a Major General in NG and 00 Agent in FIB taught me that discipline is everything. I am applying for leader because I don't want to just sit back and stay the city stays unorganized.

As the 9th Chief of Police, I aim to transform daily patrol into evolving stories: traffic officers retrieving stolen vehicles, plate-less vehicles escalating into felony investigations, and routine stops turning into multi-department cases. These scenarios will always respect presumption of innocence and burden of proof, ensuring that roleplay remains immersive while remaining legally valid .

2️⃣ Strengthening tactical response and federal cooperation through SWAT and Detectives
The SWAT unit will handle high-risk warrants, barricaded suspects, and rescue operations coordinated with the FIB, while Detectives assist in surveillance, evidence recovery, and long-term case building. This creates cinematic operations with planning, briefings, negotiations, perimeter control and lawful evidence handling, rather than instant shootouts .

3️⃣ Integrating District Attorneys into investigations with DOJ support
I will establish District Attorneys within LSPD who work hand-in-hand with the Department of Justice and Detectives from the earliest stages of investigations. Their involvement ensures evidence is collected in accordance with admissibility rules, case files are trial-ready, and arrests naturally progress into courtroom RP instead of ending at DOC processing .


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in the organization

• Build a dedicated Traffic Police Division conducting VIN investigations, plate-less vehicle operations, DUI checkpoints and layered traffic scenarios that naturally develop into criminal cases .
• Create a permanent Detective–FIB–DA Task Force where Detectives, District Attorneys and FIB agents coordinate surveillance, subpoenas, evidence handovers and courtroom preparation to sustain long-term storylines .
• Expand Human Resources into a full Internal Affairs Bureau, responsible for recruitment, academy training, disciplinary hearings, corruption probes, psychological evaluations and promotion boards, making IA cases complex multi-day investigations rather than single-scene punishments . Last but not least, I want to implement that every Blacklist above 72 hours needs to go through the DOJ/ DOL. To ensure cooperation and ensure fair procedures.

Because of this, I know exactly how to run a department and handle pressure situations without panicking.

Honesty and No Favoritism: My main goal is to run a clean and honest term. In my term there will be Zero Favoritism. Ranks will be given strictly according to experience and work If someone works hard they get promoted if they are inactive they don't.

The LSPD is the backbone of state Law Enforcement.

Throughout the state of Los Santos, the LSPD is considered the most prominent and active Law enforcement agency. All interactions between the Police and Civilians - traffic stops, arrests, patrols, assisting the public - shape how these citizens view the Law. To me, it is important to lead the LSPD as a strong Leader will positively improve the quality of Roleplay throughout the state, the level of trust between Civilians and the Law, and increase the Legal Realism that is incorporated into role-play.

The LSPD is required to enforce a strict adherence to SOP, hierarchy, and Department conduct. I wish to be a Leader at the LSPD, and ensure that all Promotions are performed on the Merit System, that officers know their Authority/limitations; and that all misconduct is dealt with internally and fairly. A professional, disciplined department creates believable role-play and prevents the abuse of power and chaos from occurring from an undisciplined department.

The LSPD does not only make arrests, it provides a training ground for officers to develop into Investigators, Patrol Leaders, and Supervisors. My goal is to create a foundation for all officers to develop through the role-play of Report Writing, Investigations, Court Cases, and eventually, to be in charge of the Leadership of their respective Departments. Creating a structure where Officers can grow in Roleplay from this will create Long Term Engagement, not simply Short-Term Grinding.

3. Your advises for improving roleplay in the organisation
1) Mandated RP Implementing Realistic Procedures
I believe RP should always contain accurate communication through realistic procedures. All actions taken during RP should be executed in a way that mirrors real-world operations; this will allow for more time spent thinking about and being involved in the RP we are creating.

2) Provide Culture for Reporting and Investigating in Depth
By encouraging participants to provide full written accounts of their RP interactions, as well as supporting documentation that includes confirmation of evidence and describing the investigative techniques used, participants learn more about the complexities of law enforcement and support the growth of both the officer and the community.

3) Providing Leadership in Training
Senior personnel should regularly participate in the training of their junior officers. This provides an opportunity for senior personnel to assist in the development of junior personnel, and it allows for a higher expectation of quality and compliance in relation to the processes and procedures that govern the operation of law enforcement.

2. What is your motivation for becoming a leader of the given organization?

2.1) Generally, I have been on his server for a considerable period and have experiences in almost all of the legal and also illegal bodies. I understand the better part of legal organizational rules and have several terms in LSPD, FIB, and SAHP also NG On several occasions, I have been a ACP in the LSPD, I am a former 00 Handler of the FIB and worked in its Human Resource department and Chief Commander SAHP. and Major General in NG That is why I decided to try my hand in leadership. I am the most active in legal organizations since I usually enjoy that kind of role play like store heists, hostage takeovers, etc.

2.2) I selected LSPD as the legal ilitary structure because it is interesting to me when addressing challenges with a local character, such as territorial and road security. Also, it has a vast area to cover and as the base of operations secures the next proximity to NG base, it is also a matter of course that the external territory of the NG would lie under our area of concern as well.

2.3) For HR, IA, TEU, and also the SPEC OPS, I shall recruit the best COS. My goal is that all the agents are going to get their roles and logs in maximum 5 minutes. Each agent will be based on a department and all units will be active in all events. I will recruit the best young and vibrant agents for SPEC OPS and all the units irrespective of the unit will have chances.

3. You suggestions on how the RolePlay level in the organization can be raised, if at all.

1.1) Under my command, I will ensure the proper functioning of RP commands. This has been a reason for many leaders to be warned. I will give proper training on the PDA. As learnt in SAHP, any information that is not acquired IC’ly can be used on the PDAs as long as the handle of the unit is an attached to the unit's'

As a law enforcement officer, my primary goal is to protect the integrity of Los Santos. This current role of LSPD leadership will enable me to create ice values in justice, fairness, and order in regard to keeping our city safe.



To Promote Leadership within the Department



A true leader does more than just direct work. A true leader promotes and inspires others to be great. I desire every officer to represent values we believe in and have pride in their badge, serving under a command that believes in courage, honor, and team work.

Structure creates stability. I intend to strengthen the internal chain of command; each rank will learn and understand its duties and responsibilities in addition to the importance of their role in communication with other ranks.

I will make sure the Officers stay professional while they are on duty. I will make sure to avoid unnecessary chatter on radio. I will make sure that the officers follow proper chain of commands and be respectful towards others.



I will make sure my officers don't always resort to shootings. I will promote the use of non lethal weapons while catching criminals who try to evade arrest.



In collaboration with the National Guard I plan to implement weekly training programs to all of my officers so that they become efficient in shooting during serious situations or gunfight.



I plan on introducing a new rank and division which is Air Support and the rank will be called as Air Support Officer (ASU) which will specialize in handling helicopters and drones and it will be the mix of Detective and SWAT.

2.What is your motivation for becoming a leader of the given organization?

A. I want to be the leader of LSPD beacuse i think i have gained enough knowledge of the city and the rules of state, As the Leader of this specific org ( LSPD ) i want to ensure that the city remains safe with least criminal activities . My aim will be to take strict actions and maintain Professionalism within the Org , one of my motive is to change the outdated Laws with accordance with the GOV. If i be the leader of LSPD i will ensure that the Citizens will feel Safe.

B. I want to bring proper guidance so the new talent could rise up , One of my aim is of mentoring the new Recruits as it will help the org to show its max potential . A leaders job isnt only to gave orders he need to help and grow other beacuse a org not works on ones behalf it works on team work.

C. Another aim of my is to bring up new ideas and system which can improve the ORG and bring benifit . THis includes better Patrol plants , better , improved way of training and better accordance with other Orgs . My Aim will be to improve the outdated System.

D.my advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- Firstly I will complete the all weekly task before or on the time.
- I will Build a Environment where everyone will full motivated and will treat equally everyone.
- I will not tolerate toxicity with any one.
- I do not encourage favoritism everyone will get rank by their activity and quality and knowledge of the work they do everyone is equal to me.
- I will conduct public events to entertain citizens.
- I will not excuse anyone who breaks law as no one is above the law.
- I will Hire both time deputies, Night and Day they will active all time.
- I will conduct regular city patrol.
- I will hire good HR to give training to citizen.
-I will give the weekly bonus on a time and I will give extra bonuses depend work of the officer.
-No corruption ,no favortism , no power abuse.
-My HR team will be 24/7 active which will help the newbies and trainnes alot.
