Subject : Final request for mercy and one last chance
Dear support team my name is Namitha Nomi and I am writing this message with a very heavy heart and honest regret regarding my ban under rule one point one and one point two for account responsibility and multiple accounts I fully accept that my account was always my responsibility and I do not deny any mistake that happened from my side at the time when this incident started my account was hacked and I was careless immature and did not understand the importance of security and rules properly because of my lack of knowledge and seriousness I lost control of my account and everything I worked for later due to confusion fear and frustration I made more mistakes by creating multiple accounts which I now clearly understand was completely wrong and against the rules I want to say honestly that there was never any intention from my side to bypass punishment exploit the system or harm the server community I was simply lost and did not know the correct way to handle the situation after that an admin whose name I sadly do not remember came to me and performed a full pc check and I cooperated completely and showed everything honestly without hiding anything even after that I was banned again for the same reason and I accepted it quietly because I knew I was wrong that account was not just a normal game account for me it was my daily routine my stress relief my happiness my friends my memories and my roleplay life every character every interaction and every moment meant something to me I waited more than six months with patience without arguing or creating issues hoping that one day I could come back as a better and more responsible player during this time I learned a lot I understood the rules deeply I understood why they exist and how important fairness and trust are for a roleplay community I also understood that actions have consequences and I truly regret my past behavior I want to clearly state that I had multiple accounts before and I fully accept that it was wrong and I respectfully request the administration to permanently ban all my other ids forever I do not want them anymore my only humble request is to be given one final chance to roleplay only on my main account I promise from my heart that I will never create another account never share my account never ignore rules and never put the server at risk again I am willing to accept any punishment any wipe any warning or strict monitoring I am not asking to escape punishment I am only asking for mercy understanding and one last opportunity to prove that I have changed grand roleplay means a lot to me it is not just a game it is a place where I learned communication patience and teamwork please help me return as a better player a more responsible person and someone who respects the rules and community fully thank you for taking the time to read my long message and I truly hope you can feel my regret honesty and determination to change am not here to argue rules or make excuses I only want to show how serious I am now you can take all my in game money all my properties all my vehicles all my progress and everything I ever owned you can wipe my character completely without exception I also request you to permanently ban every other account linked to me forever I do not want them I will never ask for them again my only request is to unban my main account so I can start from zero and roleplay honestly I am willing to suffer the maximum loss because what matters to me is not money or items but being part of the server again I made mistakes because I was immature careless and did not understand the consequences now I understand everything clearly and I regret it deeply I waited many months silently without creating problems because I believed in the system and hoped for mercy roleplay is very important to me it helped me escape stress and gave me friendships and meaning please allow me to return as a clean player with nothing in my hands but honesty and respect for the rules I promise from my heart that this chance will never be wasted this is my final request and I leave my future in your hands thank you for reading and considering my words
