It's true I violated UB driving rules, but I didn't do Fear RP because no one threatened me or gave me 5 seconds. It doesn't make any sense at all. What would I be afraid of? There's no one in front of me for me to be afraid of

And Fear RP comes on when someone threatens me or gives me 5 seconds
