So basically, I was standing outside DOC and was waiting to pick my friend who was serving his jail and these 2 FIB from nowhere rush on me and started asking me for my Passport, so according to "SR 5.2 - LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason." , so I asked for the reason to ask my passport and the reason given to me was strange that he is looking for a wanted criminal !
The question is if I didn't commit any crime what IC reason do they have for my passport or to arrest me ? I tried teaching them but they refused and keep uttering same show passport. Later they moved away from me.

In the 2nd POV he again came back maybe idk it's Ego issues of him, he started pointing at me and shot in unscripted GZ to break my window which could be done with a POLICE BATON too and then he arrested me.

I just want to know, like it was also told by Floki that Officers need to see the guy doing crime to arrest them for wanted stars so, if they just coming to people like and asking passport because there is a wanted criminal like what is the use of SR 5.2 ?

Ok so as u can already see on the bodycam i was asking his passport coz i check location of a wanted criminal then came there to check he is the guy or not. Also u can see he is wanted by state.
And they started telling how we leo should work etc. And they called FIB deputy too . At last i ask admin i can ask or not

As he said we can then i proceed with the arrest, Although he tried hard to deceive admin i was doing GR 6.4 Saying need lawyer again and again.

I was in en1 and en2 before also there we can find wanted criminal by the way i did. If this thing is different here then how should we catch a wanted criminal if he take the most wanted criminal task from dark net and sit anywhere doing nothing??

It was already mentioned by Floki earlier in FIB announcement that, Leos need to RP it out by seeing the wanted by state criminal doing any active crime to arrest them or ask passport, if u could read SR 5.2 which says Leos need valid reason to ask for passport but in your case think yourself is it valid ? like you never saw me doing anything xD. About EN 1 or 2 idk what is the rule if you are playing in EN 3 you need to play according to the rules here too.
