Hello dear admin, as you can see in the POV i searched that person with ID 226401 and she insulted me many times and when i arrested her and made the department suddenly the sheriff of SAHP knows that she got arrested and he was coming personally which i believe she used her discord and radio while handcuffed. And in the end she left the city while arrested and committed CL. I hope that this person gets taught a lesson and gets the punishment she deserves. All starts from time lapse 36:27.
