As you can see in the POV LEOs pulled up to the store robbery to start negotiations. No one from the gang was at the store so we knew they was on the roof. They started shooting with out giving any demands to leave the area. You can see by my drone footage that LEOs hadnt made it to the roof yet to be told to leave and the gangs was shooting.
