Dear Higerups,

I was patrolling in the city when I saw a man running. He suddenly got into my vehicle and also hit it, which counts as vandalism. When I attempted to detain him and place him into my vehicle, he suddenly died within one second. There were no gunshots, and it was not possible for anyone to shoot or kill him within such a short time. I believe he may have used cheats or intentionally killed himself to avoid being arrested. I request that this incident be investigated.
